I’m Confused

February 02, 2017 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Okay, I’m as confused as a billy goat on Astroturf.

Are we going to war with Mexico, Iran, Australia, or UC Berkley?

I suppose it’s only fair that Trump told President Peña Nieto that he has “bad hombres” in his country because in Mexico they say we have El Presidente del Inferno.

And I have to tell you that it takes a real special kind of goofy to get into a fight with the Prime Minister of Australia.  Somebody show Trump a map so he can see that China is an obvious trading partner with them. And they need stuff. Shuddup.

I’m guess I’m glad we put Iran on notice. I dunno, though, because I have no idea what “on notice” means. Are we gonna make them cry us a river or something?

And we’re going to cut federal funding to UC Berkley because after hours of peaceful demonstrations some damfool guys showed up and got violent?

We don’t even know who these guys are.  They may be Trump supporters trying to cause trouble.  Look, the speaker they were protesting, Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos, has been banned from Twitter for cyber-bullying.  Not even Trump has been banned from Twitter for cyber-bullying.

Look, you don’t punish a whole institution for the actions of a few.  I hope Iran, Mexico, and Australia know that, too.

it going on their PERMANENT RECORD

More seriously, it means that for reasons of showanship, The Donald feels the need to poke Iran so that he can be see to be dissing them. Like every anthill he pokes, he does it precisely to piss off the ants — that would be you and me. It’s Cleek’s Law all the way down.

I suggest that “The President’s Own” military band should adapt to the times, and use “Barnum And Bailey’s Favorite” instead of “Hail To The Chief” at state occasions.

  2. “Innocent” my ass; that tool Milo was there to specifically enrage people.

These are special snowflakes, don’t ya know. They should be able to spout their putrid words without anybody pushing back and telling them they are assholes. So basically trump wants “safe spaces” for all the douchebags. I think Berkeley should have prevented that jerk from stepping into the city much less the campus (I used to live there).

And isn’t that funny, that Trump would say something about violence against a misogynist, homophobic, racist gay man but nada about the murders at a Canadian mosque or the threats against Jewish centers.

I think it’s odd that those violent fools only show up when it’s not Republicans or TeaBaggers demonstrating.

    Who’s paying them???

  4. Yet another ignoramus that doesn’t know where freedom of speech applies.

    4
  5. El Presidente del Inferno

Hugo Chavez is screaming “plagiarism” from his grave.

    5
  6. You DO know that a small cadre of “smashers” were tearing thing up Right in Front of twenty or so cops, and they were’t arrested? Watch the videos.

The cops could stop JUST the violence, but the cops are trying to make progressives, and their peaceful demonstrations, look bad.

Ormond Otvos, interesting, eh? The Cal Berkley students were staying as far as they could from the disruptive element. The police didn’t even have the sometimes difficult task of separating the ‘bad actors’ from the peaceful assembly.

As for Donnie “withholding funds”? GMAB No one in their right mind would allow that tax cheat windbag of conflicts of interest to hold the stakes to a penny ante poker game.

100 days. 100 days to impeachment, maybe? Or, do we have to wait that long?

  8. Who invited Milo Yiannopoulos to UC Berkeley? Whoever it was *knew* there’d be a – pardon me, mamma – shit storm about it. Follow the money!

  9. That Trump comment is even more gag worthy than usual being that he’s the main perpetrator of that sort of thing.

    9
  10. There is a small group of anarchists called the Black Bloc that show up at many of the protests in the San Francisco Bay Area. Similar groups show up at demonstrations around the world. They dress all in black with black hoods. They aren’t invited and they don’t carry signs. They are just there to make trouble. The Black Lives Matter protesters had people assigned to surround them and try to keep them from vandalism.

  11. From ‘The Colbert Report’
“On Notice” is a bulletin board used as a warning to ‘get your act together’
The next step is being on the “DEAD TO ME” board!

  12. Baby Trumpie lecturing us on Free Speech?
Anybody who doesn’t lavish praise on St. Ego now understands his psycho irony.

This jackass is a disaster on EVERY level. His voters should have known he’d be a bad’un when word of how he treated contractors on his many projects.

WA Skeptic, I’m with you; who hired the thugs? Were they even students? BTW, good luck yanking federal funds from UC-B. They do a whole lot of indispenceable work for the US government.

    13
  14. charles phillips–but remember that Bannon’s objective is to destroy the establishment/government/country, so stopping funds to UCB would just be another step in the (alt-)right direction.

Worse than anything, it is now obvious that the man in the White House has never read the Constitution and has no idea of the duties of the job. Congress controls the purse strings, not the President. They determine where money is spent. What a butthead he is.

    Thanks, Republicans! Good choice.

Somewhere out there, Hillary is swigging a cocktail and laughing her butt off. You go, girl!
