Trump wants Stephen Moore, a rabid right-winger, for the Fed board.
Court records state that Moore, a former Trump presidential campaign adviser, owes the US $75,328 for taxes incurred in 2014. A court clerk confirmed the claim filed by the IRS had not yet been satisfied by Moore.
Trump loved how Moore defends him on politics teevee, and as you know, that’s the main qualification for any job in this country.
The Guardian reported last week that Moore created a controversial political group during the 2008 presidential election campaign with his friend Paul Erickson, a veteran Republican operative. Erickson has been indicted on federal charges of money laundering and tax fraud and his girlfriend, Maria Butina, pleaded guilty to working as a Russian agent.
Oh good, he’s got sleazy friends with Russian connections and he’s got money problems. Welcome to the Federal Reserve Board, Cowboy.

1Trump must think “The Vetting Process” is a movie from the 1970’s starring Michael Caine and Julie Christy. Probably showing on TCM when Fox & Friends is chatting up the latest outrage, which for some reason never includes tax scofflaws.
2a 70’s movie, starring Mr. Caine & Ms. Christy, would probably be a lot better way to spend your time watching, than the current Klown Kar in the White House.
to the issue: why haven’t the IRS Collections people taken his property and sold it yet? they’ve done this to many others, and it didn’t take 5 years.

5Gosh, all hell! Around here when someone applies for a middle class job, his finances are searched first, then any known criminal record. I guess the high up you go, the sloppier the organization gets.
6Wow – the puppet masted in Russia is really pulling the strings! And with the Air Force needing money especially because of the flooding in Nebraska while the orange maggot tells of about a “war” on the border. The puppet master is weakening everything in this country making us ripe for him to overtake and put the orange maggot in place as king of the US forever and the dynasty will continue.
