Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
But wait,
I thought climate change wasn’t caused by humans?…
1Glad you’re dry. Jealous you’re high.
2It is only right and proper Obie should rush federal monies to Texas for flood victims. Afterall,he is responsible for the floods.(collective wingnut thought/talking point for the day)
3Just up on Daily Kos!

4Sure hope you’re not in the path of the Padera Lake floodwaters! Got my fingers crossed!
Toes, too!
5Texas Representative Who Voted Against Sandy Relief Seeks Federal Money After Explosion

Here’s a photo of the hypocrite!

Forgot to add this to my previous post!
“West, TX is represented in Congress by Bill Flores, who is also asking that the government declare the impacted area a federal disaster—and is requesting federal money. […] Mr. Flores was one of the 67 members of the House of Representatives who voted against the Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief.”
7Just remember this fact:
Two years ago, Rick Perry asked the state to pray for rain. It took two years for the request to go through the bureaucracy in Heaven before being approved.
The only problem? Rick Perry didn’t say HOW MUCH rain… and someone up there decided to simply tell maintenance to let the spigots run until the state was totally flooded.
8I think I will go rePUKEian….. Well if you can’t make proper plans for these things, then why do you think it is the gov’mint that should help you??? We can’t help you!!! That would be SOCIALISM!!!!!
9OH!! Wait!! This is Texas!! The biggest user of socialist programs in the country.
Someone should tell all the RWNJ that by accepting federal relief they will be signing away the one or two freedoms Bush let them keep. No more guns and they must all worship Allah. Most would believe it and just sit on their slabs and pout. Maybe they could use whatever is left of Perry’s “rainy day fund”. It sure didn’t go for education.
10Hope you are staying dry; sure would be nice if you could arrange for some of that excess liquid sunshine to reroute itself to CA.

Your Loving Neo-Anusazi
11Rick praying for rain!

It sure took God along time for him to get around to it, though!
12I wanna see PRESIDENT Barack Hussein Obama come down and personally hand a check to Gov Abbott on live teevee. Heck, he should do a little a Tea Party Comedy tour thru Texas.
Q- What do Republicans do when a Conservative state floods resulting in severe damage and deaths?
A- Cut taxes for the rich!
Ba-Da-Bum
13And once again the right wingers want small government for everyone else, but big government (and lots of rescue money) for themselves.
14Teabaggers lament:
15Water, water everywhere…and not a brain to think.
I am hoping you will remain high and dry and safe, you and the other “sane” Texans as well (all 15 or 20 of them), the rest, not so much, let Jesus save them.
16Fred Farkelstone, I enjoyed that article and found another good one:
“Every last Republican primary candidate: Vote for me, because I hate the government”
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2015/05/10/1383460/-Every-last-Republican-primary-candidate-Vote-for-me-because-I-hate-the-government
17@Fred, sorry for misspelling your last name. I was snickering too hard at the article.
18Tea Party: It is only right and just to give Federal disaster relief money to states of the old Confederacy. It is wrong and unjust to give Federal disaster relief to states that supported the Union (for example, New Jersey.)
I’m a Southerner who can see the illogic of that.
19Another Texas rain cartoon!

20It is the Flying Spaghetti monsters judgement upon the heathen states that ignore religous teachings and promote bigotry and hate.
21Oops isn’t bigotry and hate the core of most religous teaching in the heathen states of the traitor states.
Bill Nye, Texans, flooding and climate change!

22Cornyn also voted against Sandy Aid, but he’s a Post Turtle! Expectations are in the gutter to begin with when talking about Cornyn!
23No one who voted against aid for those injured or displaced by Frankenstorm Sandy should get any money for flood relief. But they will.
