Mike Pence. There’s something out of whack in his brain.
Pence was in Florida trying to talk trash about you and me.
Pence told a rally crowd in Florida that progressives and Democrats “want to make rich people poorer, and poor people more comfortable.”
Honey, Honey, Honey, I could tell you a lot worse things about me. A lot.

3I for one am glad holier-than-though mike and his mommy are leaving the country 1/6. They can stay out of this country as far as I am concerned.
Will rich people become *so* much poorer that they’ll understand the comfort level of poor people?
4Unfortunately, a lot of MAGA’s believe they are just one lottery ticket away from being rich, and they oppose the kind of Democratic (Christian) Socialism to which he refers.
As for me and my house, we will vote for Democratic Socialism every time.

7Just about the only appealing thing about Pence is that he and his wife are both ‘cat people’. They have several they’ve adopted; Trump cannot stand to go to see him at home. From what I understand, wife Karen likes that just fine. Trump hates cats along with most people.

I swear lots of poor whites who don’t think of themselves as temporarily embarrassed millionaires are convinced their money goes to “them n****rs” in Atlanta/Miami/Tampa, even the ones who don’t make enough to pay Federal Income tax.

His motive isn’t to help people because he could care less, but he thinks it will buy some legacy. This will set up the ultimate chaos for the rest of his maladministration.

If he doesn’t sign it OR veto it within 10 days, Congress’ hands are tied. They can do nothing — which means not only do the people hardest hit by covid get no relief, but the government shuts down throwing all federal employees under the bus with them. They go home — except for those deemed absolutely necessary who continue to work. Without pay.
Then, this Congress dissolves on [iirc] January 5th. If the bill hasn’t been signed or a veto overridden, the new Congress has to start over from scratch. And Trump gets to chant, “Neener, neener!”
And all he has to do is —- nothing. Something at which he is very skilled.
19What exactly was Pants rallying in Florida? The election is in Georgia. Is he kicking off his 2024 campaign? Encouraging more people to get covid? Preaching the prosperity gospel? All I know is, we paid for the trip.
