What The Hell is Wrong With These People?

January 01, 2013 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Okay, first Republican congressvarmints give up their statutory duty to originate taxing bills, then they say they’ll toss it to the Senate for them to come up with an agreement and then once the Senate gets a 2:00 am bi-partisan agreement on New Years Eve, Eric Cantor says no.

What the hell is wrong with him?  Is his thinking mechanism outta whack?  Was he baptized in vinegar?  Hell, something serious is wrong with him.

Then I see some damn fool female Republican congressscorpion on tv saying “They came up with a last minute bill and expect us to pass it?  That would be crazy.”  No, Babe, thinking this is a last minute bill is crazy.  What the hell is wrong with you?

John Boehner, what the hell is wrong …. never mind.  It’s the orange influenza.

Cantor was on teevee today STILL whining that the President made fun of him yesterday.  Dude, everybody is making fun of you.  You qualify as a carnival ride in 46 states.

Look, we’re not idiots out here in Real America.  We know this is a leadership fight between Cantor, Ryan and Boehner.  The last leadership fight like this was between Tom DeLay, Newt Gingrich, and Dick Armey.  Hell, all of them are unemployed today, one is married to a woman so ugly that she makes your clothes wrinkle when she walks by you,  and one of them is probably going to jail.  You’d think that would be a cautionary tale.  But, nooo ….

Then I get an email yesterday from  some guy who claims to have been “a fan” of mine for years  but is not coming to my site anymore because I am what’s causing all the division in this country.  Hell, if I had that kind of power, I’d use it to make stoopid painful.  Toodle-loo, what’s wrong with you?

You wanna know what’s wrong with me?  I’m sick of them.  No more Miss Nice Juanita.  I’m going after them tooth and nail.

That’s my new years resolution, dammit.

Be social and share!

  1. The Tea Party congressvarmints are barbarians. They don’t understand the concept of civilization and they wouldn’t like it if they did

    You go gurl!!!

  3. TexasEllen says:

Eric Cantor has decided to drive the whole thing off the cliff so he can make his move to become Speaker. Paul Ryan is likely to be miffed. Popcorn, please.

Never mind about your “fan”. He must be awfully slow on the uptake to just now find out this site has partisan leanings.

    3
  4. No need for clowns, they are already here.

    4
  5. Victoria Davis says:

You’re attacking the wife for her looks? Really! Come on now Juanita Jean–back to the real jerks please.

    5
  6. everyone of you– please call your representative NOW. Phone numbers are easy to find- just type in his/her name on google and you’ll get the info.
Call, say I’m from (your town) and want Rep. ________to vote NOW for the Senate bill. Get it done. It’s about America; it’s not about you.

  7. Beth Francis says:

I’m with you JJ…let’s take the gloves off and kick them in the balls. Metaphorically speaking, of course. My mama raised me better than to actually DO it. Well, hell…the fact of the matter is that she’s the one who taught me that in the first place.

  8. Juanita Jean says:

Victoria — I am attacking Newt for his downhill slide in wives. And, please, a woman cannot look that ugly by accident. She spends a boatload of money on that hair and wrinkle filler. Plus, yeah plus, she now appears on tv with Newt – and expresses her asinine ideas. She’s fair game once she has a public persona. Please notice that I did not mention Tom DeLay’s ugly wife.

    8
  9. IMO, Ms. JJ, your blog, your rules, and I happen to agree with everything you said in this post. You go, girl!

    9
  10. As a citizen of DC, I have no one to call. Eleanor Holmes-Norton had her vote taken away by the Rethugs when they took over the majority in 2010.

As for Mr. Cantor, some of you may remember that Rahm Emmanuel had hoped to become the first Jewish Speaker, but gave up that dream when he became the Chief of Staff for the new Prez. I’ll bet my best pair of pink cowgirl boots that Cantor remembers . . .

    10
  11. Juanita girl….. DO NOT take this sitting down!!! Keep tilting those teabagger windmills!

    11
  12. Eric Cantor is Jewish. To be speaker of the House, he would need support from the Tea Baggers who think this is a “Christian Nation”. How will they reconcile their faith with voting for someone who has denied Jesus?

I am not questioning their ability to deny reality. I just wonder what nonsense they will spew this time to do it.

    12
  13. What’s wrong I do not know. What I do know is that the House GOPers can take their collective ball and go to h-e double hockey sticks.

    13
  14. ks sunflower says:

So glad I am not the only thinking words that would make sailors blush to describe my opinion of the Republic party. I am spitting mad, and that is dangerous considering how I am just getting over the flu.

There is no excuse for those GOP morons looking out for their own ovef-privileged behinds. I don’t think theey should get paid until they work for the good of the country.

I don’t believe in wishing bad things to happen to anyone, but I suspect the men acting like fools in the House are going to regret trashing our economy for their own advantage big time real soon. Tragic for us all.

    14
  15. scottybeamer says:

Michelle Bachman says it is all just drama. She should sure as hell know what drama is all about. She’s the queen of it. She just needs to get back to the job of “curing her idiotic gay husband.” Those Greedy Old People will never admit to the fact that they LOST. They couldn’t care less what happens to the American people, and Cantor is at the top of that list. He needs to move to Israel and get over himself. Go for it Juanita………Give ’em hell.

    15
  16. Where is Boehner to tell us what the American people want? From the way they’re acting I keep expecting them to tell us we want ideological maggots like Cantor crawling on the corpse of the middle class and he’s just too chicken bleep to say it on the Tee Vee. What is up with a political party that lets poster children for mental illness rise to leadership positions in their party? But really, what’s up with the people who voted for them? Where’s the upside in that?

    16
  17. “Then I get an email yesterday from … “a fan” of mine … not coming to my site anymore because I am what’s causing all the division in this country.”
Juanita, I think he just got your email address mixed up with John Boehner’s.

    17
  18. An interesting resolution. I look forward to the ride. Lord knows you have more support than any one of them does.

    18
  19. I just told Randy Neugebauer it is time for him to hang up his spurs and go home to Lubbock. He isn’t representing his constituents. (Well, considering he is from Lubbock, he probably is…. they’re all still waiting for the UN to invade now that Obama has been re-elected.)

I’m so mad at those yo-yo’s I could just spit.

    19
  20. So you lost a “fair-weathered” fan…who cares? Hasta la vista baby! We got your back Juanita! These nut-jobs have to be called out on their insanity. If this thing doesn’t pass tonight and the stock market takes a dive – there’s going to be heck to pay!!! Sorry Mama – but I’m sooooo mad!

    20
  21. fenway fran says:

I just got home from our New Year’s Day ski. Couldn’t wait to see what drama happened today. So of course I came here first. I am so with you JJ. The sane people of the country have HAD it!! WTF is wrong with them? Pass the popcorn, indeed. Buying stock in Orville Reddenbachers.

    21
  22. Those little boys really need to grow up and quit threatening to take everybody’s toys and go home whenever they don’t get their way.

Once again I regret not buying that t-shirt with a picture of the Capitol that said, “Send in the clowns– Don’t bother, they’re here.” (But that was the 1980’s and I was looking for one with the White House on it instead.)

I do hope people remember this garbage next election time.

And by all means let’s have a reckoning of what this brinksmanship has cost the country, in jittery stock markets, things consumers are afraid to buy, tax money spent by government agencies preparing for shutdowns, and so on and so on. Oh yes, the GOP is saving us money.

It’s all a power trip for the leaders and nothing more, as well as a defense of their and their owners’ riches.

    22
  23. Larry McLaughlin says:

I saw a comment on another site today that said the author would like tohave the power to supena the Wall Street records of all the Congressvarmits and their families and close friends to see how many of them are playing the market with thier shenanigans.
    What do you think?

    23
  24. Don A in Pennsyltucky says:

I’m really tired of hearing people say what a nice guy this or that Repugnicant is when you meet them in person. They are all mean, nasty, spiteful, who wouldn’t think twice about inviting you out to dinner and expecting you to pay the bill — and that’s on a good day when they’re feeling kind. If they all came down with SARS and TB at their next gathering I would shed not one tear at their pain and suffering. Mean dogs will at least give you a warning growl when they’re unhappy but Repugnicants will wag their tails and bite you where it hurts the most.

No, they’re not as bad as everyone says they are, they’re 10 times worse.

    24
  25. “Make stupid painful!” -another one for my list, thank you and Happy New Year Ms. Juanita.

    25
  26. The entire fiscal cliff drama is a hoax and as far as I’m concerned the leadership of BOTH parties are responsible.

Yes, some are bigger asses than others, but the important takeaway is the that the huge majority of the people we send to DC are wealthy millionaires who belong to the investor class and they vote in favor of their stock portfolios. Until we stop sending these people to Congress and start sending people who belong to the middle and working class–NOTHING will change.

These people favor austerity solutions because that is what makes money for the rich. Instead of austerity solutions, the White House and the plutocrat congress should be discussing JOB CREATION solutions. Where are the job creation solutions?

    26
  27. And the headline in the local paper this morning.

“Texas House Republicans RESOUNDINGLY” say NO to fiscal cliff bill.” In other words, all Texas House members voted “no”. That’s Louie Gohmert…. Randy what’s-his-name (who keeps a yacht in Lubbock), Pete Olsen, Ted Poe, and all the rest of the Texas House Republican brainiacs.

I’m paraphrasing. Local paper headlines are really confusing at times.

And, they wonder why the approval rating of The United States House of Representatives is at 18%.

    27
  28. What the hell is wrong with them? To simplify, they are two-year-olds with grown up bodies. Two-year-olds who didn’t get enough time outs. Or even spankings (yes, spankings).

    28
  29. JJ,

Thanks for promising to keep up the fight – I will continue fighting here as well. Wondering if Marsha the Lightbulb Moron of Tennessee Blackburn has stroked out over the Dubya signed lightbulb bill going into effect today. That is all she has screamed about for years now.

Also, every time I hear one of the RePigs telling me what the “American people want” I look around and see everyone shaking their heads, saying, NO, that is not what we want…

This is going to be interesting in the next weeks and/or very damaging. Surely, the RePigs must understand they are unpopular.

Also, I knew exactly which wife was the ugly one – and agree.

If you run out of nail files, Miz Juanita, I’ll send some. Pink zebra.

  32. barbinbastrop says:

RA, please don’t threaten them with spankings. I am fearful that some of them would enjoy that too much as a giver or as a receiver. yikes!

    32
  33. barbinbastrop, HA!! You are right. What was I thinking? I obviously don’t have their mindset. Yes, they would take simple corrective measures to extremes. It’s all they know.

    33
  34. Aggieland liz says:

    @ Miemaw, here’s a list:

We’ve got a link to the full text of the bill as voted on by congress at the top of this page.

The voting roll call for the bill is as follows:

Voting no were 16 Democrats and 151 Republicans.

Of those representing Texas Districts, the vote was as follows:
