Well, We’ve Learned One Thing…
The Mueller Report just hit the public and MSNBC is frantically going through it. While doing that, one thing has become crystal clear, and that is Bill Barr, the AG of the US, is a goddam liar. AND, he’s a goddam liar on national television. As they read Mueller’s words, it’s clear there was a LOT of evidence of collusion with Russians and obstruction of justice. During his remarks this morning, I noticed that while lying, Barr was very careful to talk about collusion with the Russian GOVERNMENT, not Russians themselves. This will only get uglier as the day wears on.

ABC and George Stephanopolus is what I’m watching on OTA-TV and they’re doing a pretty good job of -finally- objectively looking at the Trump regime. They’ve been pretty critical in analyzing this, including pointing out that it’s (Mueller Report) revealed many instances where Sarah H Sanders and Kellyanne Conway, as official spoketurds, lied repeatedly. Interviewing spinning shills like Jay Sekulow was a hoot.
The Democrats are going to pursue this to the max (I hope).
2Mueller has merely acted as a trained and skilled hunting hound on the chase, the scrofulous quarry, Donnei T, has been finally been treed with a mass of evidence, it’s time for the hunters to pull the trigger and bring this SOB to ground.

[I was going to watch the (advertised last night) PBS News coverage, but the local PBS channel has apparently blacked it out. Their board-of-directors and much of the staff are Rethugs…]
I have to admit I didn’t watch any of it. Blueberries needed mulching and planting carrots somehow seemed more important. But I hope someone asked if Barr sees his job as president’s counsel or defender of the Constitution.

Thanks for the link, Sandridge. People in my department are going over the PDF, looking to see if Barr’s gang screwed up on the redactions and have left the actual text in the document. [This has been a recurring issue with the government, changing a display property of the PDF’s text but leaving the underlying text present – where it can be ferreted out]. If they find anything, it will be sent out from non-university systems to make sure it’s not linked back here. Instead it will be posted in a Twitter-gasm of epic proportions.
Just from the Table of Contents, lots of the blacked out parts are “HOM” or “Harm to Ongoing Matter”. So there’s more fun ahead for Trump and gang!
5Barr should be prosecuted for obstruction and removed from office. He lied to us and to Congress regarding The Mueller Report.
6Barr revealed himself to be the best boyfriend trump could have asked for. His press conference confirmed that he does use tongue when kissing his boss. Can’t wait to find out they messed up the blacking on a PDF again. Sending it out to Congress on CD bc they ran out of floppy discs??

The Rethugs in the DoJ deliberately made that “Mueller Report” pdf document at that link ‘non-searchable’ to make it much harder to use (as an image-only type pdf file). I downloaded it anyway.
A major PITA, but what else would one expect from Barr & Co?
They know that their precious MAGAots don’t even know enough to make use of fancy/tricky ‘puter stuff like word searches etc., but them sly soshulistcommielibruls would, so throw some logs out on the road.
Judging from the ‘news’ I’ve heard so far this redacted ‘report’ isn’t going over quite as they expected.
There are a number of supposedly ‘searchable’ OCR-processed versions floating around now, but I found various faults with them; ranging from forcing you to ‘sign up’ for some service, use Faceborg-et al, to the usual OCR misfires. There’s bound to be some more better version out there by now.
8Larnt one other thang- Notre Dame fire likely caused by electrical short-circuit, investigators believe. Nope, no Muslims here.
Barr should be disbarred for doing the job of protecting Drumpf at taxpayer expense, rather than defending America. But we knew why he was hired and knew he would spin the news in Drumpf’s favor. Now they will try to quickly get an investigation of investigators to appease their base and try to get people to forget Drumpf’s possible crimes.
