I want to you watch this YouTube about a little diner in Liverpool, New York, that is filled with some genuine rightwing gun lovin’ Obama-hatin’, anti-human kindness empty calories.
Michael Tassone is what you would call the typical American conservative: he lives in fear and hates everything. His diner’s menu is full of clever plate names like “The Obama Plate,” consisting eggs and toast for $3.69 with a tax of $27. Yes, very clever. He also features the “Anti-Michelle Obama Don’t Tell Me What To Eat Or Feed My Kids Burger.” Lots of effort went into making this diner the perfect place for idiots to eat.
Well, as you probably guess, that picture of Tassone look an awful lot like a mug shot because that’s what it is.
You’re gonna love the hell out of this.
The owner of a diner whose menu includes a “Dictator Obama” egg special that comes with a grossly inflated tax has admitted he defrauded the government of more than $23,000 in welfare benefits.
Tassone paid $23,354 in restitution to the Onondaga County Department of Social Services as part of the disposition of the five-year-old case, Senior Assistant District Attorney Michael Kasmarek said.
I am certain that Obama made him do it.
It was Medicaid fraud.

1Well, this bonehead welfare cheat is just a special little bundle of hate & hypocrisy. Still, I guess grifters gotta grift, and in that crowd, there are an awful (in every sense) lot of the all-too-eagerly grifted.
In a way, I kind of have to give him some credit. The “Obama Plate” actually IS sorta clever, in the sense that he’s figured out a promotional gimmick to inspire the suckers to overpay for their meal (& not exactly haute cuisine, either). Actual sales tax in Liverpool, NY is 8% (yes, I looked it up). So regardless of how he’s labeling the pricing in the menu, what he’s actually doing is convincing idiots to pay $28.41 (with just $2.28 tax) for a greasy plate of eggs & toast, and feel smugly satisfied about doing it. No doubt ditto for the other “specialty” items. And yes, that’s expensive even by New York standards.
Still, if he’s worried about being a target, I wonder if he’s retained any legal counsel to advise him re potential liability for misleading pricing on his menu? My first guess is that he probably wouldn’t have any real liability there, as none of his happy customers would be likely to register a complaint.
He’s greedy & low-rent evil, but he seems to have a sharp predatory intellect.

9Satisfying as this is, I don’t think it rises to the level of Karma. It’s just good old, garden variety Justice, meted out to a couple of common welfare cheats. And under very generous – dare I say liberal – terms, too.
I wonder how they’re paying for healthcare now. Given that New York has a pretty robust insurance exchange, I’m guessing Obamacare. Hope none of their regular customers find out – they’ll probably burn the place down. The only things worse than dam’ Southern rednecks is dam’ Northern rednecks.
