Well, I Was Right But It Wasn’t Louie
I told you that I was pretty sure that the next move with the Republican Party was going to be using the N word.
I, of course, was right. That’s why they call me Madam Swami Juanita. If I say it’s Easter, bunnies will start hopping.
So … it was the Republican Party in Minnesota.
The chairman of Minnesota’s Republican party says a local party’s volunteer social media manager is being dismissed for referring to a “Negro problem” on Twitter.
The 7th Congressional District GOP’s Twitter account linked to an online blog Monday night that blamed Democrats for ongoing issues in Minnesota’s black community. The party’s tweet quoted the blog with the hashtag “#Negroproblem.”
Well, aren’t we proud that it wasn’t the other N word. And you know how sure I am that it was a volunteer who did it? Not damn sure at all.
Thanks to Claudia for the heads up.
What?! No discussion of failed economic policies like “Trickle Down” or crumbling infrastructure. Nope. Straight on down the snacilbupeR hole of blaming and shaming.
Create some damn jobs and watch the line of people eager to take one.
1992. James Carville: “It’s the economy, stupid!” True then. True today.
1Sounds like the “Negro problem” in Minnesota is the butt-ignorant white people.
Reminds me of a gay man who said that he thought that the “homosexual agenda” was some kind of appointment book you got when you came out. “Lunch on Tuesday? Let me check my homosexual agenda….”
2Michele Bachmann? Was that you?
3Interesting how the “message” got out before the sh*t hit the fan, no? They really are effing mole people.
4The Klan is alive and well and living in the republican party because it is the republican party. No surprise here.
5G O P P = Greed, Oil, Pietism, Prejudice
6Interesting to note that “volunteer” has since been “fired”. Of course that’s unofficial.
7Rhea, I love the one about the “homosexual agenda”.
8This is just amazing. Thus, proving that an idiot and social media makes for a tremendous mixture.
