Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Oh, John, you have outdone yourself with this one. Way to turn it around for Wendy!
1Ricks remembers #3; that would be the effluence of his 1 & 2 that issues out of his mouth.
Senator Davis, please relax, be yourself and smack down this Abbott clown! Best of luck being yourself tonight, Texas needs you, ma’am!
2Wendy! Wendy! Wendy!
3Brilliant. Wish we could use this one for the campaign.
4@Mark J: Who says you can’t??
5I just finished watching the debate – and it was rather tough as it didn’t “stream” too well from way up here in the Great Pacific Northwest!
I thought Wendy was excellent, particularly at the end. I so hope that Texans get out and vote for the smart lady rather than the religious bigot.
6She nailed it!
7Rick is preparing for his Fox News show “The three problems with…” which will be only two segments long each night.
8Hey y’all, still a short time to donate at ActBlue for the Democrat of your choice:
https://secure.actblue.com/
Just put a name in the “search” box. Today (30 Sept) is an important campaign donation milestone to show how much $$ support a candidate has received in the quarter before the elections. And to effectively use the money in the next few short weeks.
I went over there and made some donations.
Since then the ActBlue webpage’ neat $$$ counter has added more than $4 Million dollars (in ~7 hours).
Go Wendy, Leticia, Wesley Reed, Pete Gallego, etc!
