The Wheels of Schadenfreude Grind Slowly But They Grind

No doubt that team Trump were super spreaders.

But now we get to add the RNC.

And think of all the hairdressers and make up artists she coughed on.

And then just for fun on a Friday – Melania on Fu**kin Christmas.

Jan – I believe you can be an atheist and still believe in karma, so enjoy the schadenfreude.

JJ, this is your best headline ever. “The Wheels of Schadenfreude…” indeed. Kudos!

Lady Karma dancing the Schadenfreude Waltz! Thus far the Vice Poodle and Mother have been testing negative, but there’s still time and space for more good news. Declaring Covid-19 a hoax and continuing to flaunt social distancing guidelines while travelling extensively … yeah.

Messy disparaging children at our southern border, Donnie making fun of Hilz who contacted pneumonia four years ago, … okay then.

Anyone who contacts pneumonia, man or woman, regardless of age and is “up and at it” within 2-3 days is a dynamo. Not how Donnie or the media portrayed Hilz strength. Your turn to strut your stuff, Donnie.

There’s a moral in there somewhere. Like maybe those with huuuuuge posteriors shouldn’t tempt Lady Karma to bite them in the butt.

Just watched KayLiE Mcenany answer a question about why Hope Hicks was allowed to fly with the El presidente entourage after testing positive to coronavirus. Answer was they consulted with several experts that determined it was not a problem. HUh? Had to be Dr Mr Atlas

  8. Harry Eagar says:

Jan, it’s better than you think, for what I am pretty sure is your position, because Sen. Mike Lee of Utah is also covid, which apparently could bollix up the Judiciary Committee hearings. (According to MSNBC.)

They made Hicks sit in the back of the plane. It’s not as if they were all breathing the same recirculated — oh, wait.

  11. I cannot muster even an ounce of sympathy for this bloviating bully. He has reaped what he sowed and showed no sympathy for those he is responsible for killing.
What I do worry about is that Joe or Jill Biden may come down with it due to the arrogance of the Trumps who refused to wear masks during the debate.
And the Harris/Pence debate should only be remote or not at all.

    11
  12. Methinks Lady Karma is administering the ‘vaccine’ that the USA really needs: a most necessary public preventive dose of ‘no-trump’.
Although he didn’t look too bad in this afternoon’s short video clips [a tweet and going to the M-1 helo], unless that was his double…
As others have mentioned, COVID-19 is a very tricky, chameleon-like disease, with many different symptoms, manifestations, and outcomes; short and long term.

    .
And to quote myself three days ago, “a major medical event waiting to happen…”; heheh, those debate camera angles from the side/rear revealed a lot:

  13. Steve from Beaverton says:

I feel terrible about not sending thoughts and prayers like Trumpf didn’t do to families of 209,000 coronavirus deaths.
No I don’t. He made his bed, he needs to “lie” in it. Latest is he is having trouble breathing. Waiting to hear him say “I can’t breathe.” Sorry, I’m a terrible person. Yes, I guess I am, Melania. Rant about that for a while.
Let me just say, 4 years of what he has inflicted on this country makes it impossible for me to be compassionate.

  14. Alrrright, another Rethug Senator goes COVID-19 positive, Thom Tillis. Can we work Mitch in there too? Tillis is also on the Senate Judiciary Committee, if he and Mike Lee go ‘offline’, the Amy B blitz may get sidetracked.

Testing out that neat “herd immunity” theory, one Repuke at a time… it’s fine with me.

    14
  15. Steve from Beaverton @13, To quote a bit from Malaria the ‘flotus’: “I really don’t care. Do U?”.
‘Thoughts and prayers’ would be far too generous, imho.

  16. john in denver says:

    Sandridge @14

Senate committees can take testimony with one live Senator in the room. Votes to take up matters or to report back to the Senate only take a majority of those physically present, and that vote probably wouldn’t occur (even under Graham’s speedy agenda) until at least Oct. 19.

I’ve seen some outsiders speculate that with at least a couple of Republicans and one Democrat committing to vote no if there is a vote before the election, there could be advantages for holding the hearings the week of Oct. 12, getting a report on the 19th, but then holding debate until Nov. If there is an election dispute, it probably would not reach the Supreme Court for argument until at least a couple of weeks after the election.

    Nov 3 voting concludes
    Nov 5 start Senate debate
Nov 12 hold the vote and confirm. Might even be “bipartisan” with Manchin voting for her.
Nov 13 swear her in … and sometime after that, have the Republican lawyers ask for immediate hearings….

    Just a possibility, of course.

  17. john in denver @16, All I know is it’s a stinking mess.

That the Democrats could have avoided years ago by realizing the deadly threats of our enemy, taking hardball strategic and tactical steps [as the Rethugs always do, without the ‘bipartisanship’ crap], displaying true leadership [which imo Obama was woefully lacking]. And, most of all , for every damn Democrat to be ‘on a war footing 24/7/365’.
As every last effing MAGAoty Trumpanzee Rethug is permanently [and they all GOTMFV every damned election.
The 2010 election was extremely crucial [as was 2016], and we got unnecessarily slaughtered, in large part because the ‘touchyfeelyhopeychangy’ dipshits sat on their asses. Some out of spite, most just out of a profound ignorance of cold hard political reality.
