Mitt Romney says he has secret black supporters.
Imagine how shocked he’ll be to discover that Barack Obama has openly white supporters.
Mitt, Dude, saying that black people don’t have any courage ain’t exactly gonna load up the Romney Soul Train.

A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

So is he implying that the few idiot black republicans are not supporting him? He could’ve just as easily pointed to them as his black supporters.

2Yup. He’s got two of them: Alan West and Arthur Davis. Those two should make sure that thousands of white people vote for the Prez.
3Another openly white Obama supporter here…. seriously, has there been a single person of color in one of Romney’s ads or appearances? I’ve never seen one. Yet he wants to be the President of all Americans, of all colors, religions and sexual persuasions. Oh give me a break!

If they aren’t willing to stand beside you in public, they aren’t supporters. Those people are called staff. The people you hire at your many estates to cook and clean aren’t supporters, they are employees. Please learn the difference.
And if you think of them as employees, it should make it much easier for you to fire them and get some undocumented labor at a much cheaper price!
7@Web reminded me of the 2008 NH Presidential primary night.
8Most of the candidates had at least brought in a ringer or two to make their celebration/concession gatherings look marginally diverse.
Rudy Guliani’s “party” was exceptionally small because Rudy had declined to campaign in NH much beyond having his name on the ballot and when the media covered Rudy’s concession speech the image was hilarious:
Every. Single. Person. surrounding the candidate was a white man, 55-60 and they were all wearing black suits. Dressed for a funeral? For a Mafia convention? Hard to say.

9How can any significant number of black people support/vote for a candidate whose church barred black men from its priesthood as recently as 35 years ago?
I bought my mother a button that says “Old White Women For Obama”. Then I realized that Obama is younger than I am, and I got one for me too.
Stealth supporters…. The mental image isn’t looking good.

13Proud to be a white Obama supporter. Question; Do ya get the feeling that Mittens does not want to win this election? Same reason that John McCain did not want to win the ’08 election. They don’t want the responsibility of cleaning up W’s mess, which is still with us.

16Heard he imported about twenty black folks who support him to Houston to provide both applause and a group to meet with after the speech. Probably didn’t trust the NAACP to behave properly and politely toward him. Obviously he hasn’t a clue about what the NAACP has confronted, successfully in it’s long and storied history. What an insulated wimp.
