The Rapist Gets a Date
E. Jean Carroll’s first defamation case against TFG – where a jury awarded her $5 million – has just gotten an appeals court date for oral arguments: Friday, September 6th, 2024.
That’s this Friday.
That’s the day after tomorrow.
Apparently, Don Von drew a terrible panel of three appellate judges. Terrible for him, that is.
The three judges to hear oral arguments this Friday are:
Denny Chin, appointed by Bill Clinton to the New York Southern District Court in 1994, then by Barack Obama to the 2nd Circuit in 2009.
Susan Carney, appointed by Barack Obama to the 2nd Circuit in 2010
Myrna Perez, appointed to the 2nd Circuit by Joseph R. Biden in 2021.
That’s a good panel.
And, oh by the way, recall that Lewis Kaplan, the judge in Carroll’s original case, has clarified that TFG committed rape.
That was rape. He raped her.
Cannot possibly thank you enough for the info you provide! Keep ’em comin’!
1Wow! Just a few days before the debate. This should put him in an even worse cognitive condition!
2And speaking of violations: When Bonnie Donnie said to military leaders re protesters: “Can’t you just shoot them (in the legs)”, was not that conspiracy to commit murder?”
3Here’s hoping someone ends these endless court appearances by some sort of official measure. I hope the equally endless money being charged by his lawyers and handlers and owed by Dumpsterfire puts him into bankruptcy. Is there no one in the world who can stop this reality show? All we want is for him to go away, either by imprisonment or painful natural death. Is that too much to ask?
4Any guess on if the media we’ve been talking about here even reports this? Certainly not the corporate media.
5Related to T****’s money being charged to lawyers and handlers, there’s this lovely plea from his gang:

There’s a promise of pay for full and part time canvassers, but there’s no mention of how much the pay would be. One person who signed up said they were promising $22/hour, but there was nothing in writing about the amount. My prediction: they will pay some in the “door-to-door Get-Out-The-Vote army”. But near the end of October those who sign up will find their pay delayed. Then after the election, win or lose, T**** will stiff them for it. Just like hundreds of contractors have found out, the only way to get him to pay up is by suing him and riding out years of delays, appeals, etc.
6Am I reading this correctly? Each side gets to present for 10 minutes?
