The Loud Man is Now Whimpering

April 19, 2018 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Michael Cohen got a new first name.  It’s “Embattled.” Every time you see his name, it says “Embattled” first.

Embattled attorney Michael Cohen has dropped a pair of much-touted libel suits against BuzzFeed and the private investigation firm Fusion GPS over publication of the so-called dossier detailing alleged ties between President Donald Trump and Russia.

I think somebody explained to Embattled Michael what a deposition and a subpoena are. I don’t think he paid proper attention in law school.

  1. Discovery means you have to answer questions under oath that you don’t even want brought up, much less answered.

  2. No, this man is not worse than Trump. He is simply a reflection of what Trump really is which makes him just as bad. He is also up to his hairline in doo-doo and he knows it. He will huff, puff and bluff as long as he can but it just won’t work. His supposed non-client client is going down as well. And with him.

  3. Propublica has a story giving some background info on this slimy piece of feces. Many of his past associates have been convicted of crimes while he’s skated away. He’s had a lot of dealings with former Soviet Union folks. His wife is from somewhere in the former Soviet Union. And the law school he attended in Michigan apparently is villified by the legal community as an institution that will accept people that no other law school would touch with a ten foot pole.

  4. Any bets Embattled Michael Cohen wears a t-shirt under his dress shirt featuring the insignia of his alma mater The University of American Samoa Law School?

(if necessary, see Better Call Saul for reference)

  5. ‪Fascinating what being confronted with evidence, a warrant and a jail sentence does to a person’s sense of humor isn’t it?‬

  6. The depth and breadth of corruption, conspiracy, and collusion amongst these sleazy mobsters is incredible; and there is no doubt that we are infected by a mobster-in-chief in our White House. That there are such, and so many, links to a hostile foreign enemy, Russia, and fully accepted by the Republican Party, should provoke a maximum reaction from actual Americans.

(this is about the most detailed description, including comments, I’ve seen):

This, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Cohen’s JD alma mater, really is the bottom of the American law school barrel.
But what NYC Trump-Russian mob fixer needs a top flight education anyway? His most valuable skills are learned in the gutter.
Cooley grads have dismal job prospects compared to all other law schools too.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Michigan_University_Cooley_Law_School

“The school was recently ranked the worst law school in the country by Above the Law.[11]…Law professor David Frakt described Cooley’s 2015 entering class as “statistically the worst entering class of law students in the history of American legal education at an ABA-Accredited law school.”[34]…In 2017, Cooley was sanctioned by the American Bar Association’s Section of Legal Education and Admissions due to its lax admissions standards.[38][39]…”

    Re Michael Cohen
Henry Kissinger may have summed up Cohen’s SITREP years ago, ““The absence of alternatives clears the mind marvelously.”

  8. You mean, embattled Micheal Cohen of the beleaguered Donald Trump group?

  9. maryelle says:

I have just recently learned that Cohen is fabulously wealthy, which makes his claim that he had to take out a home equity loan to make that $130,00 check to Stormy quite ridiculous.
The money must come from his Russian money-laundering pals, since he only has 3 clients, one of whom doesn’t pay him.
