Yesterday, the reliably right wing The Wall Street Journal awoke and turned on Cheeto Jesus yesterday, speaking to what has been obvious to the rest of the planet for months now – CJ is a liar, and clings to his lies “like a drunk to an empty gin bottle.” The WSJ goes on to say that when the real crisis comes (and it will), will Americans believe the words he spews, or will they just dismiss it as another reality television show rant?
The incendiary tweets, bumbling second grade level language, repetition of lies he’s heard on Fox Noise and Infowars, and erratic behavior have taken their toll.
It only gets worse from here, folks. Better strap in.

3The WSJ, you say?
Uh-oh.
4I’ve been planning on cashing in a chunk of my meager retirement accounts and creating a cash reserve. Now that the WSJ has finally caught on, I’ve gotta do it soonest. And I’d advise the rest of you to do the same.
Expect the expected: the WSJ is a failing newspaper! Sad!
5And so it begins. I’ve been predicting this for months though I didn’t expect the WSJ to be the first salvo [or maybe it’s not — maybe I missed something earlier?]
Here’s my prediction: the Far-Right-Establishment is going to turn on 45. Congress, FOX, Right-Talk-Radio, the works. And now, WSJ it seems.
They hate 45 but the congress-varmints, in particular, can’t do anything about him for the moment. The only thing they hate worse than 45 is the possibility of losing their cushy jobs. So, before they dare impeach him, they have to start a whispering campaign. They’ve got to turn his loyal base against him. And that’s going to take some doing after the way they’ve bolstered him up for months and months.
Still, they’ll get the job done. Because the man they WANT in the White House is Pence — and they’ll do what it takes to get him there. Everything but put their jobs at risk, of course.

7It only takes drunks a few minutes to recognize the gin bottle is empty.
8I used to respect the WSJ, even with it’s extreme conservative, Money Uber Alles attitude. At least I knew where it was coming from.
Now that it’s been co-opted by Rupert Murdoch, it’s no longer honest, and is polluted with the world view of that cranky old guy.
This is practically a left-wing opinion!
