If your Momma ain’t still on the earth, call mine.

Be social and share!

Sure, I’ll call your mom. Just get us connected. I’m guessing she’s pretty entertaining, being your mother and all.

Happy Mother’s Day to Momma, Miss Juanitajean herownself, and Susan. I asked my own momma where she’d like to go for Mother’s Day: “Church and then the grocery store.” So off we went.

Lord knows where I’d be without my own momma. I’m guessing her answer would be the Big House in Huntsville. Hard to argue with that. Thanks, momma!

Love the photo of you and Momma. I had a great chat (over an hour) with mine last night after all the hoopla of her day had calmed down. And got to talk to both of my Austin girl and my Boston girl. Still wish Scotty could beam them to me (or me to them).

    22
  23. Hilary, when Momma gets done with her morning coffee, she’s gonna be on YOUR doorstep discussin’ your terms of reference regarding her jacket!

  26. A big shout out – HAPPY MOM’S DAY – to your mama, JJ. Now… if I knew her better, I would buy her Maya Angelou’s new book “Mom & Me & Mom” which Bob Shieffer referred to in his interview of Dr. Angelou on Face the Nation yesteday. She is a grand lady & philosopher of our modern times, but her life story is captivating. Since I don’t know your mama well, I’ll let you get her that book.

Oh… and if you can, bring up his interview of her & run it to the end where he recites a poem he wrote years ago about his mother.

    26
  27. Keep that sweet best-friend-in-the-world mama close!…mine’s gone now…
