  1. Sandridge says:

Reminds me of a very good episode of “Night Galley”, entitled “Clean Kills and Other Trophies”.

If only we get to see Prez Trophy’s head mounted on the impeachment wall.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Night_Gallery_episodes

That said, methinks the Comey Q&A starts NOW!

  2. Old Fart says:

So, did these people get explicit orders, from the POTUS, to respond in the fashion they have? Can they be queried thereto?

The next question might (should?) be what penalties can be enacted by the members of the Senate…

  3. Jane & PKM says:

Ironic picture. Those boys look like their heads are in a stock and they have no clue “loyal” Donnie will repay them by lopping off their heads. They’re a part of our ‘best and brightest’? Now, I really am scared.

Killer Joe and Mika Mouse have very short memories. Perhaps we should remind them and their sponsors how complicit they were in the election of Dolt45. Of that 2+ $billion free advertising phone in advertising Donnie received, they share responsibility for a major chunk.

Meanwhile we keep waiting for either Donnie’s LOP (limited on potential) base to catch on to the con. Or, for the GOP (sorry, but too early in the morning to out run Mama & her bar of soap to fill in that blank) to grab a cartoonist’s clue.

However, before Donnie blows up the planet, or some ally blows us up to prevent Dolt45 from blowing up the planet, maybe one last round of contacting Congress varmints is worth a try.

As always Ms JJ takes the lead in the “picture is worth a thousand words” department and so many other areas like real words. Next time Jane & I communicate with Dean Heller, we have few words and this to send him. We recommend all snacilbupeR varmints receive a copy:

  4. Talent pool? Talent puddle? Not even… more like talent swamp. And the only talent/skill they are looking for is how corrupt or corruptible the individual is. If you work for this administration the stench of corruption will be all over you. You can pretend all you want that you are a person of integrity but everyone will know that you were only hired to kiss Trump’s ass and to help destroy America and whatever goodwill with we had with the rest of the world. From world leader to corrupt laughingstock in less than 6 months. That is how history will record you and all the republicans in Congress.

    4
  5. Rastybob says:

I think a “Talent Cesspool” is what Trump is looking to find help in. He is doing very well at that.

    5
  6. Sandridge says:

DiFi has the sharpest scalpel so far. Risch was an asshole..

    6
  7. Juanita Jean Herownself says:

This testimony is stunning. He called Trump a liar.

    7
  8. Sandridge says:

“This testimony is stunning. He called Trump a liar.”
    In multiple times and ways.
Donnei is watching and beginning to twist in the wind.

    8
  9. Juanita Jean Herownself says:

Here’s a thing that kinda peeked my curiosity and might be the biggest thing to happen during the hearing so far (except for Marco Rubio licking Trump’s boots) …

James Comey just dropped another mysterious bombshell in the Senate Intelligence hearing into his firing as FBI director by popular vote loser Donald Trump—he confirmed the veracity of the infamous “Steele dossier” by telling Chairman Richard Burr he could not comment on it in open session.

    Check it out

    9
  10. Sandridge says:

Paraphrasing Comey- ‘I’m not a ‘dirty rotten liar, but that other guy’…’. heheh

    10
  11. Jane & PKM says:

Ms. Juanita Jean Herownself, “he could not comment on it in open session” lol, yeah that ever dam^ing “no comment.”

Sandridge, that Didi is sharpening her scalpel is a very bad sign for Donnie and Senate snacilbupeR. No Democrat has better creds than Didi on MIC/Security welfare. Senator La Bomba McCain is all talk no walk compared to Didi. Kicking Mexico, GB, France & Germany was merely a “bad idea.” Kicking the Dee Cee hornets’ nest will hopefully prove fatal to Donnie.

    11
  12. WA Skeptic says:

Of course DJT is lying; he lies about everything.

    12
  13. @WA Skeptic

That’s what makes investigating Drumpf so easy and interesting and makes prosecuting him so difficult. He lies. About everything. And some lies are not prosecutable and being a liar isn’t specifically illegal. The lawyers who take the investigators work product and bundle it up for presentation coherently in court or before the Senate will earn every cent of their salary and will likely work 80-100 hours a week to get it all bundled up. Frankly I’d rather operate a backhoe.

    13
  14. Sandridge says:

    Fire torpedo 6…

Cotton: “Do you believe Donald Trump colluded with Russia?”

Comey: “That’s a question I don’t believe I should answer in an open setting.”

    14
  15. Juanita Jean Herownself says:

Well, I am completely proud of Republicans for choosing John Cornyn to ask about the Hillary emails because John Cornyn is dumber than dog dump and literally did not know how to respond to something that wasn’t written on the piece of damn paper in front of him.

    He’s truly stoopid, y’all.

    15
  16. Sandridge says:

McLame is obviously senile and dumber than Cornyn, what crapheads; give it up on the Hillary Derangement Syndrome, assholes.

    16
  17. Fred Farklestone says:

Here’s a “blast from the past!”
Looks like Cornyn just came back from “Broke-back Mountain,” after a week-end with the “Boy’s!”

    17
  18. Some of the bars in DC are having watching parties. One allegedly offered free drinks whenever Trump tweets. My husband remarked, “DC bar applies for Chapter 11….”

    18
  19. Come did just fine. Not a drop of sweat anywhere. He did even better with what he didn’t and couldn’t and wasn’t allowed to say in public. Best yet, he never had to take notes with Obama or Shrublet but he couldn’t let CJ get a pass. This is gonna make one helluva movie!

    19
  20. Coats et al. were probably playing it what they call safe and waited until Comey said his piece. Now the press is going after them for a response to Comey’s testimony. What they say and their damn body language is going be really interesting!

    20
  21. Susan on the Left Coast says:

Trump’s talking head lawyer promptly bashed Comey as expected. The lawyer provided a written copy of the statement which is full of typos and misspellings ie: the word ‘president’. It’s here: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/3860979-Untitleddocument.html

    21
  22. maryelle says:

John McCain’s questions about Hillary’s emails vs. Trump’s obstruction did make him look as though he was completely out of it. It didn’t make sense the first time he asked it, and it made even less sense the next three times. The look on Comey’s face was so confused. I half expected him to shout WTF? Or at least Lordy.

    22
  23. So do you think Rogers, Coats, Rosenstein, and McCabe were asked for their loyalty? Hmmm….

    23
