A New York state judge ruled Wednesday that Eric Trump must sit to be deposed by the state attorney general’s office by October 7, denying his request to delay an interview as part of an investigation into the Trump Organization until after the presidential election, according to the attorney general’s office.
Oh yeah.
So, I’m wondering if he’s being coached right now.

The State absolutely concurs with shared discovery on these points.

My speculation is a fair amount of the deposition will be variations of the question “is this your signature on the loan application, right under the warning that says you must be accurate?” “Is this your signature on the tax return (or on the contract with the lawyer and accountant who are on the corporate return)?”
The usual Trump dodge on depositions of “I don’t remember” is well known, and is unlikely to be relevant to many of the questions.

If Eric Trump was asked “is this your signature” & he replied “I don’t remember,” it’s one of the rare times I might give him the benefit of the doubt!

In one President Obama is looking rather stern and V.P. Biden looks defensive.
