Say WHAT, Chubby Boy?
This morning, John Sununu, Mitt Romney’s adviser, Bush boot-kisser and overall not-too-bright political commentator, called President Barack Obama “lazy and detached.”
Lazy.
Honey, some dude who looks like he has to sit down in shifts does not need to be callin’ anybody lazy.
Now, I know it’s just one more attempt to make the first black President look unAmerican – lacking the values of hard work and all. Hell, he wasn’t even born here and that makes Obama not “like” us. And, you know how much Mitt Romney is “like” us – born rich and connected and – by gawd – he worked hard to use that money and connections to keep his money and connections.
Sununu, if you need reminding, was the guy who said that President Obama “needs to learn how to be an American.”
And, proving once again my well researched theory that Republicans have had humorectomies, Sununu based his claim on a joke the President told when he went to the debate prep carrying a pizza and joked, “they’re making me do this work.” According to Sununu, that was not a joke, it was proof that, “He didn’t want to prepare for this debate. He’s lazy and disengaged.”
Andrea Mitchell gave Sununu an opportunity to back off his claim that the President is lazy. Nope, instead Sununu doubled down and said he was darn sure that the President is lazy.
Was it racist? Does Howdy Doody have wooden toes? Would a two ton hog make a lot of bacon?
Honey, it came out of John Sununu’s mouth.
So, here’s the deal. Instead of getting mad, get even. Show John Sununu how lazy you are. This weekend blockwalk, phone bank, address envelopes or register voters. Do something to help President Obama and the Democratic ticket this weekend.

2PI think Obama just let Romney lie to his heart’s content. There’s not much else you can do against a Bull Crap Fountain I do wish Obama would have been more forceful about where the 716 bil in medicare funds came from. A simple statement about Medicare Advantage having to pay insurance companies 20 percent off the to for ‘administration services’ would have shut Romney up, although Romney didn’t get the message about Pell Grants, either.
3It was impossible to put a plug in Romney once he got rolling. Obama did the right thing to just pay out the rope.
President Obama showed a great deal of patience, grace, and class last night. Romney came across as a petulant, bully child.
4I sent another donation in lieu of other kinds of help I can no longer do. Despise Sununu!
5If this fool thinks Obama is “lazy” then how would he describe W (who went to his “ranch” at every opportunity) or Reagan (who was out of it by noon)? Other than a weekend at Camp David, this guy doesn’t get any vacations–save for a week or so in August at Martha’s Vineyard and the same at Christmas in Hawaii. Sununu really needs to be slapped silly and I nominate JJ for that job.
6Sumthing ’bout pizzas and Demo Presidents chapps the hides right off the GOP. Bill Clinton was known to have a pizza or two and they came unglued over that as well IIRC. Seriously, pizza? That’s all you got?

7Hey, this guy wasn’t even liked as a governor! And as he got older he got meaner and dumber. Worse yet, he has a “junior” Sununu who is just like him. His resentment of people who started out poor (like Obama) and went to prestigious schools (on student loans) is so typical of his ilk! I vote for the slapped silly suggestion and second the nominationof JJ for that job!
8Lord “Rat” Romney actually hired Sununu who stole $615,000 in perks and paid back only $47,000 (US News & World Report. May 20, 1991). That’s not a scandal or a controversy; that is a very serious crime! The man is a nasty thief who never made restitution.
Did this thug ever consider that Turkey and Syria are on the edge of war? Obama had more important stuff to worry about than debating a Big Bird hating rat.

P.S. The voter registration office in my tiny town is only open from 10 AM to noon on Tuesdays. I picked up a huge batch of forms, have addressed and stamped them all, and will hand them out this weekend.
11We’re registering voters all day Saturday at Taylor County Dem HQ’s again this weekend, also did a mobile voter registration Wednesday evening, where we picked up 25 more! Working another booth at St Vincent’s for the second time Sunday, which has a strong Hispanic-based congregation. Putting out lots of Obamanos! bumper stickers at those events. They also love our autographed Joaquin and Julian Castro poster from the Convention. Had a good response at the Fair and Rodeo booth, although we did get some smartypants trying to verbally abuse us from time to time. It is about 80% idiot-Repubs in this part of the State, but we keep plugging away.
