Run Like the Wind

July 31, 2018 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

As we learned this morning, Trump is considering cutting the capital gains tax by adjusting it for inflation.

The Treasury Department is considering a tax cut for the wealthiest Americans through a change that would not need approval from Congress, officials said, a move that would follow a package of tax cuts last year that also benefited the super-rich.

Okay, this is not a tax cut. This is a bribe. Kinda like the bribe he’s giving farmers.

I’m pretty damn sure you’ve already heard that the Koch Brothers are wiggling away from Trump.

The Koch’s are pulling their high dollar donor money and setting the stage for other high dollar donors to do the same. Trump is trying to placate them with tax cuts, while screwing them with tariff war. Same as he did the farmers.

Looks like he’s going to have to raise taxes on people who work two jobs to pay for rent and food. Somebody has to pay for that stinkin’ wall.

And on a lighter note, this is the idiot running our country:

Uh, yeah President Obama has a horrible record on reuniting families. That might – just might – be because he never tore them apart.

Be social and share!

  1. So the super rich are also feeling the cramp of tariffs on whatever industry provides them their wealth? Well, day-um!! And per Trump they need to be solaced with some other kind of off the books tax deal? And since Congress doesn’t have anything to do with this deal, I am damn sure it is off the books! What earned benefit will get cut to supply this dosage? Social Security? Inquiring minds want to know!

The solution is simple; sue. Sue in federal court in deeply blue state, and get this abrogation of Congress’s authority nippled in the bud.

Oh damn, sorry, just read a Bigfoot story, so my mind is nearly gone. Hence the “nippled.”

  3. If I were Melania Trump, I’d watch these Tweets carefully:

    Illegal families

If she makes an attempt to escape oppression, look how easily she could be separated from her son. Questionable immigration documents may come to light. Illegals don’t get no stinkin’ divorce compensation, or alimony. In fact, look how easy it is to be detained and lost in the system.

  4. As I told my husband over the breakfast table, there was a word omission in the Post– should have read “The Treasury Department is considering ANOTHER tax cut for the wealthiest Americans….”

    — “You people wouldn’t be poor if you just managed your money the way we do.”

    — “And bought governments.”

  5. The dumf*ckery runs deep and strong in Tangerine Wankmaggot’s deministration.

Hugh Hewitt in WaPo is urging people to vote Russpublican anyway, because he thinks Democrats will make a fundamental change in the country that he doesn’t like. To which I reply– EXACTLY, you maroon.

I have never hated or felt hatred, loathing, detestation, dislike, distaste, abhorrence, abomination, execration, aversion; hostility, enmity, animosity, antipathy, revulsion, disgust, contempt, odium (just to mention a few) for another as I do for this human called trump. Sometimes I feel like I could explode in a rage. And that is on a good day!! Let’s vote trump and company out of office NOW. Other than that, life is not bad.

  10. K, that sounds like a good place. it was always kind of refreshing when I’d go to my mother’s house with no internet connection… until the doctor in the hospital said, “You need to move your mother to a nursing facility, and we can give you a list of ten or twelve to choose from….” It’s hard to remember what we did without that information source.

  12. adjusted for inflation? if applied to the minimum wage since 1981 that would mean $20/Hr

  13. @Debbo I kind of like the moniker Tangerine Twatwaffle myself. Please go look up Urban Dictionary for definition of wank as opposed to wanker. You will find twatwaffle there too.

I agree he is a wanker.

  14. If a farmer goes broke because of the tariffs and has to sell his land, the inflationary increase in the base cost of the property could give him a tidy tax savings, so you can see that DJT has the farmers’ best interests in mind, bless his heart!
