Revolving Door
Oh y’all, this is *almost* sad.
No details yet on what he did but I’m sure it involved deal-making of some sort. Hey, it’s out. Mari catches it in the comment section.
Also back into custody, Lindsey Graham.
President Donald Trump took a swing at Sen. Lindsey Graham on Thursday in the aftermath of two Supreme Court decisions involving his closely held financial records, lamenting that the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman and close Trump ally was not doing enough to target the president’s political foes.
Graham better start indicting Obama or Trump’s gonna tell Lindsey’s secret. I’ve got a strange feeling that Lindsey’s not coming back next year, and not by choice.
Cohen was photographed at a restaurant in NYC.

1If school kids must go back to school, a grown man who breaks the law must go back to jail! Has anyone spotted Paul Manafort?
2Trump’s ‘best people.’ Don’tcha love em?
I have a meme for every occasion. Here’s the one that’s apropos to this situation:
A pic of Cohen with the caption, “I’m Trump’s stupidest lawyer ever.”
And below that a pic of Giuliani mugging for the camera with the caption, “Hold my beer!”
I think Cohen jumped back into first place with this stunt.
3In the article referenced by Mari, he’s quoted as saying he’s glad to be in a healthier, safer environment.
He didn’t go on to mention posher.
He shoulda counted his blessing and stayed put. He could very well find himself in those less safe and shabbier conditions in a hurry.
Maybe Trump’s close association with Roy Cohn gives him insight into (or at least dirt on) a variety of things.
4He was on house arrest and was seen in a restaurant. Stupid and arrogant.
5Oh, well.. ya would a thought a lawyer could’ve done a better job reading his “ release” paperwork. I know 16 year olds on probation who do a better job.
6What a clueless idiot!
two crows wins!
7Don’t be sad. I hear prison food is yummy!
8Cohen was returned to prison because he refused to agree to avoid any coverage in the press and to not publish any written communications. Basically he was given a choice to stay quiet or stay in prison.
From what I read elsewhere being at the restaurant wasn’t the reason.

10With The New York Post being the right wing tabloid rag they are, it makes perfect sense that they’d be the ones to go after Cohen. After all, he turned on f**king trump. They’ll probably get an interview with him because of it. (trump)
11Going to the restaurant was definitely stupid and arrogant.
But Barr’s justice department will use it as an excuse.
But lumpkin nailed it. Cohen’s book is supposed to be done soon. That’s the real reason. My lovely lady has an interesting theory. That the plan is to lock him up hoping he’ll contract Covid 19 and die before is book is finished.
Wouldn’t surprise me. They’ll probably be fresh outta ventilators.
What Lumpkin said. The eating out wasn’t the reason, it was the possibility of speaking out. I have yet to find out if that is a standard clause in release documents or if it was just added for Cohen. He was allowed to speak out while in prison apparently, but not while in home confinement. The upcoming publication of his book on Trump had nothing to do with this, eh?
12I thought Cohen was sent home to protect him from coronavirus like other non-violent offenders. What’s this about an NDA (trump’s favorite document before executive orders)? Ghislaine Maxwell is on suicide watch. Bad things happen to people in custody who have dirt on trump.
13Cohen refused to sign a non disclosure brief as part of his being released. He would not have been able to publish his book.
You can see the dirty work of Bill Barr all over this! I only hope Barr does not visit Cohen like he did Epstein. Then, cameras turned off, Guards sleeping, suicide, second attempt. First time failed.
