Lawyers for former GOP Sen. Larry Craig will argue tomorrow before a federal court that his activities in that Minnesota airport restroom were a legitimate part of his job as a U.S. Senator. Seriously. The Federal Election Commission has charged Craig with illegally using $216,000 in campaign funds in his attempt to have his tearoom toe-tapping guilty plea withdrawn.
Craig is now a lobbyist for coal mining and timber companies. He should feel right at home among all those logs.

4Once again, these REPIGS just cannot control their water or their closets~I feel sorry for the Gay Movement when they are constantly being harrassed while these REPIG fools and the rest of the bunch from the “Church” make everyone look like they are some sort of deviant~YIKES, maybe he will go to prison and his “stance” issue can be resolved for good~
5If I were the judge, I would ask what specific congressional task was he trying to complete in the bathroom stall and why he needed a stranger to assist him in completing it.

13Think about this folks….what a difference a few years makes. It seems like just yesterday this guy was a pariah among the Republican Party. Today in the news I saw that prominent Republicans are signing on to a bill to recognize same sex marriage.

Aghast Independent, I think it’s great, even though pretty much all the GOPers who signed are out of office and can say what they want.
Now if they would PLEASE shift their party toward sanity on climate change too….
15I wonder if Craig’s old job description included “other duties as required.” Employers can usually stretch that to fit just about anything.
