The 268th District Court cordially invites you to a ceremony swearing in Associate Judge Don Bankston on October 28th, 2019 at 3:00 pm in the 268th Courtroom (3D) Refreshments will be provided.

Bubba just changed his name to Hizhonor.

I am very proud of him. He will be an excellent associate judge. He brings 45 years of experience and a gentle but firm presence to the bench.

    As someone who has been in the legal profession for 40+ years, as a legal researcher I could not help myself so I had to go and look at Judge Bubba’s record in the 268th. WOW, this judge knows his way around a courthouse –
