Well, another stalwart of Republican family values and high moral standards just got caught doing … you really don’t wanna know.
But I’m gonna tell you anyway because you need to roll your eyes to get your day started.
Suffolk County District Judge Robert Cicale, a Republican from the Long Island town of Islip, was removed from the bench and faces up to 15 years in prison for underwear burglary.
A married father of three, Cicale admitted to stealing underwear owned by his 23-year-old neighbor that worked for him when he was the town attorney. He said he was acting on “urges” that led him to do so.
Urges? Is that the same thing that made you vote for Donald Trump?
As any good Republican would, he plead not guilty. You know, after admitting doing it because of urges.
Honey, I’m getting eye roll fatigue.
Thanks to Sarah for the heads up.

First, I broke my glasses last night and can’t get a new pair until Friday. Long story. Yes, I had a spare pair. I broke them in January. Meanwhile, I cannot see squat. I am not responsible for autocorrect until then because I’m just guessing what I’m typing.
Second, I raised that kid right and he didn’t help none at all. Our youngest son, Mark, is suing Alex Jones. If you see the story anywhere else, please let me know.

Yeah, pretty much the town was named after him. And I don’t mean the Austin part.
Austin Petersen, a native of Peculiar, Missouri, stated Wednesday evening “It’s time we start talking about legalizing machine guns and repealing the National Firearms Act entirely.”
Peculiar Petersen is a libertarian who is running for Sen. Claire McCaskill’s senate seat.
He Tweets.

Petersen is a member of the doubling down school of stoopidity.
Thanks to Deb T for the heads up.

Last Wednesday, a new website was launched. It’s called Patriots United for Freedom.
It must be legitimate – the American flag, the Constitution and an American eagle are all on the first page of the web site.
You can’t do that unless you’re legitimate. It’s the law.
From looking over the website, I can tell that they are for what is good and against what is bad.
To be more specific —
Aren’t you tired of only hearing one side of the Gun debate argument no matter where you turn? Aren’t you tired of these indoctrinated liberals screaming to take your rights away because of the failures to enforce already existing laws? Aren’t you tired of your politicians only seeing one side and slowly chipping away at […]
I can’t find anything after the […] but I am certain that it was very patriotic and had an eagle on it.
One day later, a new PAC was filed with the Federal Elections Commission.

And on their website where they say “we,” it more like …

… this guy.
Or, as Alfredo says, “Calling for the Repeal of the Second Amendment is Like Catnip for Super PAC Scammers.”
Thanks to Alfredo over at the Dairy Queen for the heads up.

And remember — there’s always that one kid who is barely tolerating this whole deal.

And he’s probably related to me.
