Not Too Bright

April 20, 2020 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Okay, this is from the Pro-Virus Rally in Austin.

It doesn’t work that way.

The air is not yours.  You are welcome here and please feel free to breathe in all you want to, just don’t breathe out, please. Your exhales may be lethal to me.

You are free to go outside as long as you are will to accept the consequences of knowingly killing me or my child.  You are welcome here but the minute you touch anything, you have recklessly endangered my life and my child’s life.

Me having an abortion does not make you have an abortion.

This is not hard. You are not free to smoke in a theater.  For the same damn reason. Air belongs to all of us and we cannot section off the crazy damn fool part.

Be social and share!

  1. Congratulations! Its a beautiful bouncing covid19 infection. Pay no attention to the class action fetal security suit pending against you.

  2. Jonathon P Hubbert says:

Your analysis is especially critical since the masking doesn’t protect the wearer. The mask protects others from the wearer’s exhalations.

That idiot is careless for the same reason drunks may not legally operate equipment in public. She refuses to protect others from infection.

It’s like the opposite effect of your example. Since she’s sick … so must you be, also.

Misery loves company and she is miserable. Stupid behavior is its own punishment. Ya kain’t ficks stewpeed.

  3. I can imagine it now. Probably already making the rounds on social media. “If liberals can choose to murder defenseless babies, patriotic Americans can choose to walk around freely however they want. If devil-worshipping liberals don’t like it, they’re free to choose to keep their own social distancing. It’ll be fun to watch libtards run away when we keep walking closer. Yeeehaaa!! ”

  4. I just tried to post the mask protesters article on my Facebook and it had Chinese in th thumbnail. When I tried to delete it I was sent to a site with all Chinese characters. So I decided to delete it all and go to cut and paste and it wouldn’t let me delete that either. Ok. I know this sounds like I am nuts (some people may say that is true, but they are all Republicans). Just thought someone should check on this. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

I wonder if a self-defense, stand-your-ground legal approach would work if one of these cretins ATTACKED you, and you, being armed, responded appropriately??

    .
Would like to comment on today’s WTI crude oil price again [was at $10.89/bbl earlier], but ‘curiously’ the oilprice.com website has been mostly offline this morning.
    https://oilprice.com/oil-price-charts/block/1
    Keep getting:
    “504 Gateway Time-out”…

I’ll guess that maybe the price has sunk below $10/bbl? Remember it was ~$63/bbl after the beginning of January and stayed above $40 until a couple weeks ago.

Little covidiots love shiny objects. Participation trophies for all at their next death rally. Since the little covidiots seem to be demanding choices give them all shiny little coffins engraved with their choice of wording:

Here lies a covidiot. Bitten by a hoax. or

I voted for Covidiot* 45 and all I got was this crummy box. To later be repurposed to store their soapy ashes.

  7. Buttermilk Sky says:

Of course you may not do whatever you want with your body. You can’t fill it with alcohol and then drive a car. You can’t make us look at it unclothed if we don’t want to. You can’t inject it with heroin even in the privacy of your home. You can’t beat others up with it. Society has long imposed restrictions on all people who don’t choose to lead feral lives in the wilderness. Why can’t these idiots understand that?

  9. Jane & PKM says:

What all these little covidiots and splinters of the ***king moron* fail to understand is that the longer they spread the novel coronavirus, the longer the quarantine lasts, as Dr. Fauci just explained to them, again. Perhaps it’s time for all the sane governors to conference call Covidiot* 45 with a similar message: “hey dimwit ‘your’ economy will remain flat on its back, until you* lead all your* little covidiots* into the proper pandemic responses.” What The Soap is so complicated about that as contaminated meat processing plants are the “new” hot spots?

PSA for those of you running low on groceries. Coming next: curbside only pick-up at your local markets; doors will be closed to the public. Too many supermarket workers are becoming ill from morons who are not properly social distancing, etc.

    9
  10. It is time to go after the people behind these rallies, and sue their shorts off. And, if possible, tag them with fines and arrest to incite.

But do it at the top to avoid the whipcrack totalitarianism response.

  11. Sandridge says:

    Holy Chit!
Crude oil price has cratered, WTI at $8.80/bbl; some Canadian and Texas grades are trading in -negative- numbers, Canada is shutting down much production [particularly oil sands]. The direct and indirect job loss is going to be enormous.

I am thinking that this indicator may foretell a general economic disaster that will make the Great Depression of ’29-’38 look like a picnic in the park.

    WTI Crude 8.810 -9.460 -51.78%

Holy effing chit!!! It fell to $4.86/bbl while I was typing:
    WTI Crude 4.860 -13.410 -73.40%

Hang on peeps, this trump economy is winning so freakin’ good we’ll all be starving in a couple months.

    11
  12. Sandridge says:

    Wow, WTI now at 4.28/bbl:

    WTI Crude 4.280 -13.990 -76.57%

    12
  13. Grandma Ada says:

Sandridge, you took the words out of my mouth. These distractions at state capitals are giving His majesty a walk on the financial tsunami we are about to have. I remember no gas in the ‘70s and $4/gal gas in Houston in 2009. Other than groceries, I don’t spend on anything and my kids are the same. If retail opens, it will be a long time before I let go of any greenbacks!

    13
  14. The dimwit in the front knows nothing about CV-19 or how it works and by association neither do the id10ts behind her! Which means CV-19 is going to be devastating as they will not stay away from others.

    14
  15. slipstream says:

    And she is wearing a bandana because . . . ?

    15
  16. Sandridge says:

Grandma Ada @13, I’m sure you and most of the WMDBS saloners have lived through many economic downturns. I remember lots of them back to the 1950’s. The Texas oil bust and US recession of the mid-1980’s was gut wrenching; although I wasn’t affected much, I saw it hammer many people.

This Trump Depression/Pandemic is going to be earthshaking.
22 million people put out of work in a few weeks [tabulated, many more not counted]. Millions more to come. A few crumbs trickled down to the 99%, while the 1% skim off b–trillions.
This is going to be incredibly bad. And we have utterly corrupt and incompetent ‘leadership’ in charge.

    16
  17. Sandridge says:

I can’t hardly believe my eyes, WTI $2.39/A BARREL, 42 gallons of crude at what some of you are paying for ONE gallon of gasoline! Texas is toast, the 20 year boom is so over.
[yeah, I know these are volatile futures, but still…]:

    WTI Crude 2.390 -15.880 -86.92%

    17
  18. Sandridge says:

WTI at $1.49/bbl, it may go negative… 1.49 for 42 gallons of crude oil is staggering. I doubt it has been that low since the 1930s.

    WTI Crude 1.490 -16.780 -91.84%

    18
  19. Sandridge says:

The rest of the media is catching up to what I’ve been raving about since early this morning [and for weeks]. I heard no mention of this on the local teevee 12o’clock news.

This is another cataclysmic event, on top of the COVID19 pandemic and the rapid global economic collapse.
But our brilliant ‘leaders will save us. Right?

  20. I heard on the local news that some CT lawyer is suing because he has to wear a mask outside. Damn fool – he has to wear a shirt and shoes in a restaurant. And he has to cover his butt 100% of the time on Main St.

    20
  21. Sandridge says:

I’m not sure what this means, a never-seen event, but the WTI crude price has gone violently NEGATIVE!
    Minus, -$31.00/bbl…
    This.is.not.good…

    WTI Crude -31.000 -49.270 -292.67%

  22. treehugger says:

It appears these people did not get the messages that were drilled into me from an early age by my parents:
    -just because we want things does not mean we are entitled to them;
    -we put our self-interest on the back burner behind the well-being of others;
-we work for the greater good of all of us, and that means ALL.

The masks protect everybody else from the wearer. Maybe these people do know that and don’t care. Self-interest and self-importance are making a big push to take over in this country. I understand there were brave health care workers standing in the middle of streets in front of hospitals blocking the parades of idiots. Tianamen Square like. We need more of these people, but I’m sure sorry we do. Walt Kelly had it right. We have met the enemy and he is us.

    22
  23. Defense Liberal says:

I suspect a negative price means an expectation of so much supply relative to low and continuously falling demand as well as disappearing storage capacity that nobody has any idea of what the market clearing price should be or even when that would would happen. Russians and Saudis screwed themselves over and took the whole industry down with them.

    23
  24. Jonathon P Hubbert says:

    Sandy –

Thanks for the heads-up. Been buying WTI, & Brent Crude all day.

    24
  25. It is reported that all oil storage capacity is full and that supertankers full of oil are just drifting while being used as additional storage capacity.
Who know the government could charge oil companies to let them dump oil into strategic reserve.
Wait until we hear from moscow mitch how we have to bail out Exxon, BP, Aramco, Rosnef and Gazprom.

  27. Her body, her choice? In this instance, she might find her brain makes a better choice.

But, seeing she’s added Trump 2020 on her message board, maybe not.

    27
  28. Slipstream noticed the same thing I did ….she’s wearing a bandanna that sits right where it should to be pulled up as a mask…so what’s with that?

  29. Mister Lee says:

I have come to the conclusion that there just doesn’t seem to be a way to get through to the d___ fools who are trying to ignore the safe space guidelines. They are going to do what they are going to do and I fear that a lot of them will find themselves facing severe illness, financial ruin, impaired health, and even death.

Unfortunately, their stupidity is going to affect the health of a lot of the rest of us.

In the last day or so, I’ve had an unsettling thought. Considering the “reopen” idjits’ rhetoric, I can’t help but wonder if part of this campaign was initially planned over four years ago to use on President Hillary Clinton if her administration had had to deal with a pandemic of this severity. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was.

    29
  30. The story on WTI crude going negative is that contracts for April delivery expire this week. If you own one, you have to take delivery of the crude oil. If you are a speculator, you have to sell the contract, because unlike people with full storage tanks, you work in an office and have no storage tanks. So you have to pay someone to take it, even if they don’t really want it, because ast least they have a place to put it.

The price for July delivery is still around $20. The market expects a lot of wells to shut down between now and then.

  31. Reports from N. Korea are either Kim Sung Un is either gravely ill or dead.
Wonder if the demented one will demand that he be invited to take central role in funeral?
Maybe dedicate new mausoleum extolling the benefits of hereditary rule?
