Well, Trump’s gonna have to ‘plain this.
And, Inside Elections made 7 electoral college shifts today – all of the toward Biden.
Biden is now favored in states totaling 319 electoral votes, Donald Trump is favored in states totaling 163 electoral votes, and states totaling 56 electoral votes are Toss-ups.
I’m willing to bet my best eyebrow pencil that Kansas and Missouri will be in play next week.

Trump’s explanation (once his hench-people explain it to him) is that it doesn’t count the billions of Americans who streamed his “show” online, or followed by Twitter, or got it filtered through WDN and InfoWars.
OK, more likely he’ll just shout “Fake News!” on twitter. The other stuff requires more than three word sentences, some of which involve words with more than one syllable.
1For Trumpf’s cult, “fake news” works, but I believe Trumpfs messaging is being listened to by fewer and fewer people because he’s tailored what he says just to his cult. He’s becoming repugnant to many undecided voters. Ask Ben Sasse.
2I don’t want to jinx this, but I think the viewer stats above about the competing town halls bare that out. And further, I think the polls are becoming more clear and real. I certainly hope so, I couldn’t take another night like election night 2016.
I think it’s pretty clear that, unless you tuned into NBC just to watch The Trump Show–Trump doing what Trump does, and saying what he says, over and over and over–you didn’t tune in at all. If you wanted to listen to policy proposals, ideas, and some assurance that there was a way out of the pit in which we find ourselves, you watched ABC. Pretty clearly, a lot of the electorate is fed up with Trump’s lies, his mistreatment of and disdain for the people who voted for him in 2016, and his mishandling of COVID-19–to mention only a few of the causes of Biden’s rise in the polls–and they’re looking for an alternative. I hope we all find it, decisively, on November 3.
3Savannah Guthrie had true journalist courage and didn’t back down to Trumps bullying lies and word salad excuses.
I hope Guthrie has her back covered because narcissist Trump doesn’t like being upstaged, especially on the TV, so We know vengeful and sadistic Trump will relentlessly sic Barr and his extremist cult on her.

Trump is a loser, but he’ll be the last one to figure it out. When he finally does, I predict he’ll fly out of the US on the day before Biden’s inauguration, to a country without a mutual extradition treaty. His last act will be an attempt to steal Air Force 1. After they land, probably somewhere in South America, he’ll demand Eric “pull the spark plugs out of the plane’s engine.”

6Less than 3 weeks to the election and finally Moscow Mitch with a few other Rs are distancing themselves from the SS Donnie Disaster. Hope that two edged sword stabs them every possible way. Best twofer would be upsetting the troglodyte base sufficiently to make the Senators pay. In return take Independents and less squirrelly Republicons away from Donnie.
That the traitor Moscow Mitch is willing to let people and the economy twist in the wind from now to January to bolster his intent to obstruct Biden in the same way he did Obama might be risky for him. Leading McGrath by ~6 points, there may be enough time to push ads to swing the election to McGrath. It’s a long shot worth taking. We’re sending McGrath money to help show Kentucky the real Moscow Mitch.
7I found it interesting that ftucker carlson had the daughter of osama bin laden on tonight (I didn’t watch it) and she was complaining that people weren’t supporting Trumpf more after she endorsed him. Ftucker is also having trouble with his messaging I guess.
8I’m not sure that the countries without extradition treaties are necessarily safe havens for Drumpf. After all, just because Cheetolini flies there on AF One doesn’t mean that that country has to allow AF One to land or, if it does land, that the country’s leaders have to allow anyone to disembark. They could just say that the passenger(s) is/are not welcome in their country so AF One can must refuel and leave. Can’t you just see “poor old” Donnie haplessly flying from one country to another, each time being refused entry until, finally, 12:00 noon EST, January 20, 2021 rolls around and AF One is ordered by the new President to return to the US posthaste, no more stops except to refuel.
9Probably won’t happen but a boy can dream…
… and Bob Boland’s scenario brings up the idea of the inauguration of Joe Biden. Assume Trump and Barr don’t try to steal the election, and Biden wins so handily they can’t even make a decent case in the Supreme Court.
Trump certainly has no concept of gravitas or good sportsmanship, so what will he do? It’s impossible for him to show up, smile, and pass on the sceptert. At the very least he’d try to shout over Biden’s inaugural speech. Or just not show up, having a major snit. You can bet he’ll do the equivalent of what irate monkeys do in a zoo when people are bugging them.
Meanwhile Melanoma will be looking over her copy of the pre-nup to see how fast she can dump the pathetic lardass while still walking away with enough money to buy fashionable clothes.
10I like the “Man Without a Country” scenario. I do worry about the crew of AF-1 if he insists on using it, esp. the plane having all these Sekrit Special Stuff on board.
