I’m busy this morning so have a blast from the past! It’s Keith!
Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Glad he’s back. Any questions ??????
1Oh, I’ve missed Keith. He’s mercurial, and sometimes veers into nastiness. But he’s the absolute master of constructing and delivering the cogent, on-target, devastating rant.
Welcome back, man!
2Great article. Here’s the text:
http://www.gq.com/story/176-reasons-donald-trump-shouldnt-be-president-olbermann
3Listened to the full 17 minutes and 34 seconds that highlighted just a few of the qualities that endear Donnie to his basket of deplorable. Only one question remains: snacilbupeR are you flipping kidding me?
Keith, please deliver a few words to the spineless snacilbupeR politicians who endorse/don’t endorse Donnie. The “I don’t endorse Mr. Trump, but I will vote for him” kinds of party loyalist cowards who have no business in government.
4Love Keith’s virtuous rants and this did not disappoint! Wish we could hear more of him, but this was a lovely rant for sure.
5Woo hoo! I too love Keith and have missed him. I think the text of his speech should be front and center of every media outlet in the country.
6Have seen add from proud deplorables…reminds me of the time I was five years old and when my mother informed me that I was heading into danger and “Let’s not have any trouble” I looked her square in the eye and said “Maybe I WANT trouble.”
Yeah. I got trouble. The proud deplorables would have benefitted from getting trouble on those occasions when they gloried in their deplorableness.
And by the way, I never again told my mother I was proud to be bad.
(I was sometimes naughty, but I didn’t glory in it.)
7Poor little Donnie. Keith is back. Newsweek is on the attack. And Hilz has a few questions for Donnie. Bring on the debate!
Albeit, Jane and I expect Donnie to weasel out on some pretext or another. #WeakDonald

8My old aunt would have said a truly southern thing about Trump: “That boy ain’t right”.
9PKM: yes… bring it on. The presumptive emperor has no clothes. And the clothes he thinks he’s wearing were made in China.
10If a moderator is required for this upcoming debate … it’s a good possibility that The Trumpster will back out because … wah … wah … wah … he isn’t getting his way!! Oh, boo-hoo, Donnie!!
11I hear the Fox moderator for the third and last debate says it’s not his business to be a fact-checker. Yes, it [word omitted] well is. He just doesn’t want to do his job and point out what a constant liar Trump is.
12Rhea, all too true about Donnie and a Fox ‘moderator.’ However, we should not under estimate Hilz. She is more than capable of dismantling Donnie and simultaneously demonstrating the ineptitude of the Fox hack. Should Donnie actually show up for the 3rd debate which will be at UNLV (U of NV Las Vegas), Jane and I plan to attend the train wrecking of Donnie. We enjoy comedy with a macabre twist.
Hey Donnie. Still waiting for you to answer those twenty tweets from Hilz. Little bird catch your tiny little twitter fingers? Why the silence, Donnie?
JAKvirginia 😀 The bell has rung, but little Donnie is either still in the locker room, or his short bus experienced mechanical difficulties.
13Hey PKM, what’s goin on out there in NV? I heard from two different sources that The Orange Menace is gaining?! What gives?
14One of the worst times in my life was when Keith Olbermann left MSNBC. I LOVED his rants. And although some may think they were “nasty”, they were never obscene and they were spot on. So, my understanding is that he is working for the GQ on-line ? group (the men’s magazine), but these will all be on YouTube and you can bet I’ll be waiting to view each and every one.
At least we also have John Oliver to carry on his TV work on Sundays but he’s taking too much time off for my liking!
15Chris Wallace, the Fox hack, obviously does not have the backbone to stand up for the truth, but I’m counting on Lester Holt, Martha Raddatz and Anderson Cooper to show their professional skills in making Drumpf face the music when he lies.
16Aggieland Liz, it is so embarrassing that NV is home to the likes of the Bundy moochers, Sharron Angle, Michelle Fiore and some dark red Tea Bag counties. Las Vegas which should counter with a load of liberal support has one of its newspapers owned by Shelly Adelson, so there’s not a whole lot of truth being published. Also, we’re a caucus state, so who knows what the polls really reflect. Adding insult to injury, tentacles of the Koch operations are purchasing loads of air time. We seriously need help.
50 days is plenty of time in a small state; really only 3 cities of size, Carson City, Las Vegas and Reno. We’re hoping Harry Reid and others will roust out the vote. We deserve to be a Blue state. We have a choice between Catherine Cortez Masto or Joe Heck for US Senate. If that doesn’t stimulate the vote, we are so screwed.
17Yeah Aggieland is in Texas, so we have more than plenty of our own shame to deal with. The trick is definitely to GOTV and I have offered to get two or three people to the polls (no, bloody iPhone, NOT pools!!!), because if only the over 60 blue hairs and their rabid and treasonous clans of deplorables-not to mention the religious nuts-go to vote…well, we did not get Abbott, Paxton, and Patrick in here by accident, did we? OTOH, if Trump does win, you might wind up responding to Canadian Liz!!
18Ok, upon reflection about earlier saying I was astounded that Trump’s campaign was going after the Clinton Foundation, I have to retract that. Donnie’s empire doesn’t achieve what it has without a serious intelligence apparatus. The Newsweek story had to take time. Donnie’s bunch found out about it and decided to go after the Clinton Foundation preemptively. False equivalency. Tried and true repugnantcan tactic. He’s in it to win it.
19Sorry, I just noticed something about Donnie’s hair. The back turns up like a Roman battle helmet. There’s got to be some hay to be made hear.
20P.P.: Side affect. Viagra.
21This morning’s WaPo carried a huge article on how and why the Trumpites don’t associate with the Clintonians. Its called sorting. Someone wrote a book about it in 2008. Seems that real estate choices have a lot to do with it. Trumpites prefer to have real space between their domiciles and others even if this means living a good ways from such things as stores, dry cleaners, schools, etc. Clintonians are apt to sacrifice all that space for convenience: all of the above within walking distance. Clintonians tend to tolerate having people near them. Now I know why my late husband chose our house so many years ago. It was within 2 blocks of the drug store, etc. and the lot was smaller, certainly smaller than the farm he grew up on. And the elementary school was right down the street. He thought of himself as a conservative for years but changed 180 degrees in the Bushlet administration. Now I know he really was a closet Clintonian! Before it was cool!
22JAKvirginia: I was half asleep when I read your reply so it took a while for the imagery to catch up with me. When it did I laughed my a** off. Thanks.
23I missed Keith and his awesome rants! Good he has another gig in addition to sports.
Remember the wisdom of “the Professional Left” podcast: Republicans are insane and have no interest in governing.
24Maggie –
I think it’s good that Trumpites don’t want to live anywhere with adjoining walls. Less chance of their neighbors gettin’ killt by a stray bullet penetrating the drywall.
25I loved KO on MSNBC. This is a vintage rant and it’s factual. That’s the part Scumpf ignores. His rants are just about made up stuff.
