Just a Heads Up

Greg Abbott will be Wendy Davis’ opponent if she runs for Governor.

Today he came out for discrimination and against a 16-year-old dachshund.

Tomorrow: apple pie.

Run, Wendy, Run.

Be social and share!

  1. Maybe Greg should start punching babies in the face instead of kissing them

So he only want laws that are driven by Religion? Gee, that sure sounds like the Taliban to me. Good grief, Texas, wake up!!

    Come on Wendy, RUN!!!

I will work like a dog for you!

  3. Well, he’s sewn up the homophobic pet-hating vote. Maybe there are a bunch of them in Texas…?

  4. Based on past performance, Abbott will insist on a multi-million dollar wheel chair access upgrade to the Governor’s Mansion then turn around and sue the federal government over the ADA law dealing with access to public buildings.

Did the dog or another dog pee on his chair?

  6. Naturally he knoweth not now,but he will return to this earth after going toward the light but it will be as a dachshund with a problem and the very apt name of Puddles. Karma. I gotta tell ya . . .

  7. anybody have any idea when the lovely Ms. Davis will announce her intentions? I have a brand new Texas drivers license that is very anxious to “voter ID” me so I can vote for her!

  14. On top of his discriminatory stand on the proposed change to San Antonio anti-discrimination lists to include gender equality and sexual orientation, A-Butt said a couple of other things that concern me:

First, he said “[T]his ordinance is also contrary to the clearly expressed will of the Texas Legislature.” Last time I checked, the Texas Legislature reflects the WILL OF THE TEXAS PEOPLE. (Although, lately it seems to reflect only the will of the Republican People of Texas.) The Texas Legislature is an elected governmental body and as such does not have a will of its own.

Even worse, A-Butt is worried that “people of faith who speak out against homosexuality could find themselves removed from city boards or otherwise punished”. I would certainly hope so!! Does he really think that putting sexual orientation IN WRITING on a list of folks who can’t be discriminated against by the City of San Antonio for employment purposes is going to make a difference in what folks say on some city board? That isn’t what will stop those folks — the uproar in the media that would occur should they say something untoward like that is what would stop the mean little snivelers. Stupid stupid A-Butt. Gosh I hope Wendy runs.
