A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
The truth hurts. It’s out of place in Trumpfism of which Cronyn is a champion. Too bad it will happen anyway. We can only hope that we live to see them all regret their hypocrisy. Voting them out of office is a good start.
1Republicans are desperate because they are branded with their paper Hitler’s autocracy and Mitch McKremlin’s hatred for Americans. That is their brand because they do want to rip the founding father’s documents, kill the people who literally made, fought, died and continue to die at the hands a mob government.
Their handmaid for cataclysm will get her seat on the right wing bench and cackle out loud over the real nightmares to be wrought on this country.
2The pace of History has been rendered kaleidoscopic. Shards of years have been ripped out and compressed into single hearings. Mueller. Impeachment. Ukraine. Kavanaugh. And now this.
Boss Tweet broke things, but the foundations were laid by big donors and conservatives determined to retain power. And that speech held the result up to the light…
3I did my part by putting an X by MJ Hegar’s name and turning the ballot in to Harris County. Now, the rest of you in TX, get busy and vote. I’m tired of being embarrassed by our politicians!

5Grandma Ada, I colored in every square that said the candidate was a Democrat. I got a text message today to somebody named “John” reminding me to get out and vote for some GOP candidate. I don’t know if that sender gets replies, but I responded with “never.”
6Whitehouse roasted him to a turn, and Cornyn seemed surprised to be outed in public. How?
7Sen. Whitehouse followed the money and it led straight to Cornyn & Co.
8Texas should have an outsized influence in the Senate, huge state, big economy, and a very senior Senator in Cornyn. Instead we have stuttering John, wholly owned by rich donors, and incapable of accomplishing anything except what he’s told. MJ would work circles around Exxon Johnny.
9Whitehouse buried Cornyn in his own larceny. Word is that Amy McGrath knocked Moscow Mitch around with his own shell game in their debate last night. Question is will either reality hit the voters in their respective states. Or, what to do about those voters who repeatedly vote against their own interests. Doesn’t seem to be any one good solution or answer to the “why” of it all. We have the votes if not for Republicon rat molesting. To overcome that seems we’re at the mercy of the “never” or infrequent voters, and we now have less than 3 weeks to drag, sweet talk, and by whatever means encourage that significant pool of potential voters to earn their right to kibbitz via the ballot. We’re reaching out and phone banking like never before in NV.
Texas and Kentucky, you deserve better!
10The man with an actually providential name as presidential candidate in future should he so choose did a million dollar takedown on a guy who should know better than to leave his doghouse in the morning!
11Good job! I’ve already voted (by mail; I’m old.) I want Cornyn and every other Republican in office in Texas voted out. Again and again and again until they’re all back stewing in their own pots. Anybody who declares they’re a Republican or (as in school board races) doesn’t declare that but has acted like a Republican in political conversations…NO MORE OF THEM. NEVER.
12Beto’s Powered by People says they called 2.9 MILLION Texas voters in ONE DAY yesterday, trying to get people to get off their couches and go vote. That’s like 20% of the electorate, just a staggering accomplishment. Send them some clams or join up to do calls if you think of it. It ain’t over yet.
