Is Donald Trump Turning Into Stephen Colbert?

July 06, 2015 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

So we around here are wondering if Donald Trump is trolling. It appears to us that Donald Trump is trying to divide the right and usher Hillary Clinton into the White House.

TrumpDoesn'tKnowThis immigration stuff is a dead give away. He’s got Ted Cruz “saluting” him and Rick Perry “offended” by him. They are taking sides and coming out shooting. The far right voters agree with Trump, so all the rest of the guys look disingenuous when they start talking about compassion. Republicans don’t believe in compassion.

Despite the new GOP criticism of Trump, former RNC Chair Michael Steele said on “Meet” yesterday that the damage has already been done, especially considering that it took weeks for Trump’s detractors in the GOP field to respond — and especially since the party itself hasn’t condemned Trump. “

So you gotta wonder if Democrats are paying Trump to slaughter the GOP. If so, well played, Democrats.

You’ll know I’m right if Trump’s next proposal is that we rent DeeCee to Joel Osteen and break into 51 separate countries.

  1. If Trump is turning into anyone it’s Bill O’Reilly, Colbert’s source.

The Democrats don’t have to pay Trump to be mean and stupid. It is among the few things he will do for free. Instead, I suspect that Democrats have been playing on his ego telling him he can’t win without being mean and stupid. I’m not sure who is trolling whom.

I am a little bemused by Donald Trump’s entry to the wide field of republican candidates. He is actually paying a pretty high price to be there because of support he is losing in the financial realm of his interests. He has , in fact, created a mildly explosive situation in the republican party and its primary candidates and is polling well among voters. If he holds his position, he may well trigger the downfall or implosion of the party. This bears watching. I cannot imagine that a man of his business acumen and wealth has no brain at all. In fact, he is more cunning than most. So, no matter which side he is really on, the upset in the party is interesting.

Trump is a bigoted boor and is showing his true colors, which happen to be the Republican true colors, whereas Colbert’s conservative persona parodied the right to expose their idiocy.Since Trump is actually a political idiot, this is no act.

The Donald hedges his bets. He supported Dems in the 2000’s, Repubs since 2012. He’s not totally stupid, just an ugly man inside & out who craves attention.

However, for an example of his sheer megalomania, here’s who he really is:

He wanted them to ask/beg him for help so he could brag to everyone how magnanimous he is.

If I were related to him, I’d spend my life denying it.

Donald Trump is everything that is wrong with humanity today.

The real concern here isn’t The Donald. The concern is that double-digit Republican voters think he’s presidential material! What’s that say about the GOP, huh?

  12. Go Trump! The wackier the Rs, the less people will care that Sanders is a real D, and not a Republican-lite, like the other main D candidate.
