I’m hoping he does drop out. If he does that, his minions are less likely to take to the streets, guns blazing, on 11/9. At least I hope so.
If he straight up loses, though, I fear for those people who are forced to venture out into the world during the following week. _I’ll_ be okay — I’m retired and am planning on hitting the grocery store the day before the election, just to be safe. But I’m concerned for those folks who have jobs and such and could be in the line of fire.
Rachel told us, a couple of weeks ago, that if he waits till after September 1, the deadlines to fill the slots in more than 25 of the states will have passed and there will be no R nominee in them. So I’m betting he waits till September 2. After all, he’s nothing if not a vindictive little whiny-baby who WILL blame the GOP for his fall.
And Obama, of course.
And Clinton. HOW DARE SHE RUN AN EFFECTIVE CAMPAIGN THAT INCLUDES PEOPLE OTHER THAN OLD WHITE MEN?!?!? THE NERVE!
