Okay, we’re still trying to figure out what’s wrong with the website and the comments. Meanwhile, Anna the Geek has has given us a temporary fix.
Until we get all this worked out, I will be approving all comments. IMPORTANT: Just put the name you use at Juanita’s in the name box and no email address.

My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
It’s been almost two years since our last website problems, so I suspect we’re due. We think it’s a problem with Bluehost. Remember when they went down last week? Well, we’ve been having problems since then. I figure anybody due a couple of mistakes.

6Cole: It’s an interesting coincidence given that the EC is voting for the orange turd on Monday. One can be sure it isn’t just this website that is suddenly having problems.
7I can see the latest updates on Opera, but on Chrome, it goes clear back to “Giving Rick Perry Nukes” and will not load anything newer.

My problem is that juanitajean.com (including the Home button at the top of the page) keeps sending me to the home page version that features the Trump t-shirt with 19 (and only 19) comments. Nobody else seems to have this problem, but it doesn’t happen for me with any other site.

For me, juanitajean.com goes to the home page from December 13 featuring the Trump t-shirt article. After a few days of this, I clicked on the archives for December 2016 and found the newer articles.
10Testing…? Left comments at several recent postings; none are being displayed. For me, juanitajean.com or the Home button at the top of the webpage gives me Dec 14’s posting about the Trump t-shirt with 19 (and only 19) comments. My only way to get later postings is to advance through them all one at a time. Not happening to me with other websites.
