Here’s the Deal

Today was the last straw.  If you happen to see this during one of the 15 minute sessions the website is working, please know that I am changing servers.  Customer Anna is getting us moved and updated over the next week or so.  I think there’s something called migration that might cause the site to be offline for a day or an hour.  Clear your cache and hang on – at least you know we’re moving to greener pastures.

Guys, I’m sorry.  I tried to stick with a small Texas company but I ended up overpaying for an inferior product.  I think thy should change their name to Bush.

  1. I don’t do Facebook, but I’ll follow wherever you lead, JJ. Most of the time today I could get here by hitting it again after 10 seconds or so, but it sure wasn’t working right. Sort of like the Republicans. (My husband is on Facebook and just showed me someone’s photo of their TV during the State of the Union address, with a towel draped over Boehner’s part of the screen. Anybody else wish they had a buzzer in that boy’s seat cushion for the times when Biden stood up and he didn’t?)

    I’ll follow you to the ends of the earth, JJ. I tried all say and all I got was the dreaded 502 code. You and I don’t need that kind of hassle. I hope you settle into a much better web site host soon. And let me know how to donate to help defray costs. Thanks for all you’re doing.

  6. I don’t do facebook either but would follow you to the ends of the earth & back (or not as the case may be). Right now my only internet option is dish and it sucks big time. Off more often than on and expensive, very expensive. The teevee machine part is OK, sort of.
    Hosting a website is not fun, thank you for doing it.

  8. For what it’s worth, I’ve been very happy with knownhost.com for my company’s website, and one of their server centers is in Texas. Excellent customer service.

    Sure did miss you yesterday and the evening before. However, since this is not the first time by any means that you have gone missing, I was pretty sure you would return. And here you are now!
