Heads Up: This Is Good News
We may get to see Mueller’s papers after all.
A federal appeals court in Washington ruled on Tuesday that the Department of Justice must hand over grand jury materials from Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation to Congress.
It was a 2-1 decision. Guess who said no.
Judge Thomas Griffith, who was appointed by former President George W. Bush, concurred with Rogers, a Clinton appointee. The lone dissenter, Judge Neomi Rao, was appointed by President Trump.
Rao is a life long member of the Federalist Society, indoctrinated by the Koch Brothers, and holds very extreme views on the role of government. Sadly, she is only 46 years old so she will be around for a long while.
So is trump rubbing his brass lamp to summon is 5 Supremes?
1Impeachment isn’t just for pResidents.
2@Jane&PKM -2: its use and success rate has been higher for judges.
