Getting Up With Fleas
Lay down with dogs, get up with fleas. That old adage was never more true than when it comes to TFG in ANY endeavor. Let’s take the cases of Andy Litinsky and Will Wilkerson, co-founders of TFG Media & Technology, the owner of Truth Social, the Twitter of racists, insurrectionists, and weirdos. When the company was founded, Trump demanded 90% of the stock for the use of his name and his occasional involvement. Classic TFG, taking almost all the money for doing nothing.
But it gets worse. According to Wilkerson’s SEC whistleblower report, last year, after the company launched, TFG called Litinsky and demanded he gift some of his company stock to Melania. That’s right, he actually demanded that the president of the company give up his stock to TFG’s wife. This is also classic TFG – 90% of OPM (Other People’s Money) is not enough. He wants it all. Litinsky refused, pointing out not only how absurd the idea was but that it would trigger a large tax bill. Nonetheless, TFG persisted in his demand, ultimately removing him from the board 5 months later. Litinsky has hired lawyers to sue the company.
Wilkerson, who was a senior vice president at the time, filed a whistleblower complaint against TFG with the SEC and then gave an interview to the Washington Post. The company fired him the next day in retaliation, which is also illegal. It goes without saying that the SEC is investigating.
I know of no one who’s worked for, or done business with TFG who has benefitted from the relationship. Trump cheats, steals, and intimidates everyone around him. Talk about fleas; if a person stays with him, the results are generally not good, and can ultimately lead to fleas like jail time and financial ruin. And yet people follow him and do his bidding.
It is truly bewildering.
They all need a flea bath.

2Trump and his Crime Family use the same ultra-corrupt mob methods over and over again in everything that they do.
Unlike El Jefe’s cited two hapless amateur criminals above, there are a very few of Trump’s criminal associates who so far seem to have maintained very profitable ties to Don the Con, without apparently getting burned yet.
How they manage to continue that extremely rare relationship would make for some very interesting investigations.
Some, or maybe the only, known Trumpian co-criminals who are still around and relatively untouched, are going to be featured in two PBS Frontline2 episodes tonight on your local PBS station [with following reruns at different times].
These programs are more than worth watching.

So the SEC is investigating. This time I am sure they will indict him. Right?
4I dreamed of watching Donald being carted off to prison (literally in a cart), defeated, fat and naked (ewww), but all it all it was one of my more satisfying dreams.

6Both Eric and Don Jr. tried to muscle in on the deal, too, demanding stock for doing absolutely zero. Poison Tree, Rotten Fruit.

10Grandma Ada, Melania probably had no knowledge of such a request. Trump was “ghosting” to get more for himself.
11I’m sure there are some underwordly ways and things going on with that “deal” I just can not believe that any semi sane business person would willingly give up over 49% control and/or interest in their company. This has to be a ……You start the company in your semi-clean hands and I’ll fund it for a 90% interest now and a little later on down the road I’ll just quietly take over…..kind of deal. The only other thing would be to suppose that Litinsky and Wilkerson are the prize winning stupidos they sound like in this story.
12Do you still recall the only person that “the Donald” Trump ever beat in an election was a female who was extremely unpopular with both Democrats and Independents! Trump was soundly defeated by President Joe Biden in the last Presidental election.
