My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

1All of them hit the bullseye … errr … mark … errr … oh, crap!!
2The points made about the overabundance of guns are particularly telling. The NRA position on children shooting guns may push the insanity over the edge, God willing.
3A child accidentally kills an adult who handed her the gun. Once the old men at the NRA figure out that kids can kill them they just might back off to the point of policy they held back in the 1920’s when they condemned the machine gun.
As for Burger King, it is darned hard to believe that Canada with her own very strict tax structure would give a relief period to a corporation fleeing a country with big time bonuses tax wise to that same corporation. If this is truly the case, the Maple Leaf had better watch out. Once that relief period lapses, the BK bunch will leave for wherever they can continue to do their little grifter act and that is exactly what it is. Will debate this with anyone who thinks its not!
