Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Proud Boys got (earned) center stage today.
1That’s why #8 speaks volumes to me. I know those lemurs are so sure they are going to be the new Roger Stone and Bannon. And I’m hoping that Americans won’t allow that to happen.
2#2 lemmings??….
3Regarding last one, least reassuring thing for mom to say- “The chances are better that you will be in a bus accident than a school shooting today. Buck up, Buttercup. “
4Not sure I fully get the one by Lalo Alcaraz (#5). Is the Prison Boy “standing back and standing by”?
5Proud Boys: FAAFO
6Texas Expat: At one time when his howling monkeys were stirring up violence, TFG said for them to “stand back and stand by”. Of course that was telling them to back off on their immediate target but to be ready to start howling and threatening again on his orders.
It was one of the many incidents that showed (a) he should never have squatted in the Oval Office and (b) he was happy to have the flying monkeys ready to obey him.
7Found the Politico article today (Sunday) about the continuing conflicts of interest in the Mrs and Mr Ginni Thomas saga very interesting but not surprising. Need a toon about them again soon. What’s it going to take?
8Tried to copy here but couldn’t.
