3Not really a cartoon about this, but after watching and reading about all the cabinet and other taxpayer funded Trumpf administration employees out actively campaigning for him, I hope Biden has some things in his platform to address this in the future. What’s happening should be illegal. Federal departments are also out making blatantly political changes the week before the election destroying many environmental protections, all to buy Trumpf votes.
4Hopefully both houses of Congress will turn blue so they can strengthen laws to stop this in future elections. While they’re at it, they need to put teeth into the Hatch Act and do something about dark money and unlimited corporate campaign donations, and legislation to counter Citizens United.
