Day Two CPAC

March 14, 2013 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

I lost my agenda, but I think the second day at CPAC is when they burn witches at the stake. Or maybe it’s books. I get confused.

Be social and share!

  1. Shucks, I didn’t realize Christine O’Donnell had been invited to speak!

  2. maybe $arah will burn her bra..

  3. Not surprised you’re confused. Larry O’Donnell had the yahoo who is in charge of this hatefest on, and he sounded Spanish, which was interesting since Little Ricky got booed for talking about a larger Hispanic presence (and Rubio got one more minutes to speak than Ricky.) Wonder if these brilliant minds even realize Rubio is Cuban? Is this the day they honor Sarah for her years of service in government? You know, all of ’em?

  4. Or is it the Cross ?

  5. books as fire-starter, witches for the festivities! those right winger really know how to throw a party!

  6. Ralph Wiggam says:

Day Two: More clowns getting out of the same tiny car.

If they think that group is going to be the next great wonder of the repiggy party, then they are more stupid than I had ever imagined. Half of them (maybe more), probably don’t even know what CPAC stands for……………..Criminals Parading Amongst Criminals…:)

I can’t wait to hear Donald Trump’s speech or did I miss it? Nuts!
    No, really he is nuts.
Old Mitch McConnell got up and joked that the Democratic ticket for 2016 looks more like a rerun of “Golden Girls”, with Clinton and Biden.
He bragged that the Rethugs have young up-and-comers like Rubio and Ryan, forgetting of course that those dogs won’t hunt.

  9. Sam in Kyle says:

Setting the bar lower and lower and lower. Lower than the Texas governor’s belly.

  10. From what I saw on Facebook … it looks like Donald the {S}trumpet will be taking the podium today! It just makes my skin crawl to even view this line-up of idiots and knowing they will be spewing their hatefulness! Too bad they didn’t include Pat Boone [of all people] since he thinks Obama is a Marxist … Seriously … he went on Faux News spewing this garbage!

  11. These three days each year make my stomach hurt – the media and internet just insist on posting “The Stupid” and for some reason I am addicted to reading about it. Always glad when the final speech of Creeps Pandering Aside Crooks is over~

    11
  12. I believe it is burning books ABOUT witches who are socialists who want to destroy america

    12
  13. So that’s what they think of the Hispanic population here in this country! Wow!!! They just passed every mental competency test possible for commitment into an asylum! Not once have we heard anything coming from this horde regarding the sudden change in the gravitational pull in the world’s biggest organized religion which will undoubtedly have an impact on these conservatives, a Hispanic pope from this side of the Atlantic! If they think that the 71% of HIspanics who voted for Obama was piffle, wait until its 91% of Hispanics voting the next time around for a Democrat. That party so far is doing everything right in its observance of the sea change from European centered church to “American”. Biden is posted over to Rome by Obama to pay a visit in the Vatican. And no, the conservatism of Francisco I is different from Mitch McConnell et al. When in Buenos Aires as cardinal, this guy stuck it to the 2% on the hoarding of their wealth to the detriment and even deaths of others.

  14. W C Peterson says:

They really should broadcast the entire dog and pony thing on network news all day long, so the rest of the country can look at it and go “Whaaattt????”
Speeding the demise of the Republican brand. Keep up the good work.

Gosh, I loved this post – am still chuckling half an hour after reading it. (Didn’t get a chance to read it until this afternoon.) Thanks for making my day a little lighter, Juanita.

  16. After Obama won his second term I was not really afraid, but perhaps faintly uneasy, that the Repubs would wise up, rein in their bile and bigotry, and actually try to increase their base. I am no longer even faintly uneasy. This is a wonderful start to the 2016 Repub primary.

    16
  17. maryelle says:

We should still be afraid, because as we speak the Republicans are changing the way electoral votes are cast in states like Pennsylvania, gerrymandering voting districts and passing those voter ID laws.
They are stealthily planning to steal the next election and if we can’t get another progressive judge on the Supreme Court they just might do it.
