So elections have come to this. The Koch brothers buy it during their “audition.”
I see a teevee show. Dancing With The Kochs! America’s Got Kochs! The Amazing Koch Race! Project Runaway! The Koch Apprentice: Starring Ted Cruz! But, mostly: The Biggest Koch Loser!

I don’t give a rat’s patootie who the Kochs choose as their standard bearer. There isn’t enough money in the world to buy the 2016 election with any one of the GOP/Tea Party dingbats currently running.
1Time for the Dems to toughen up, learn to fight, and do some Koch blocking.

14The WaPo ran an editorial cartoon this AM trashing both Clintons because of some of the Foundation donors. Can’t wait for the WaPo to do the same damn thing to the Koch bros. But I can’t hold my breath that long! No matter where I am in the near future I am volunteering for Hillary!
15Certainly much of this is a result of the Citizen United ruling and that was the Repub’s baby.
But now I am seeing Dem pols, including Hillary, trying to use CU as a campaign ploy. Given that the ruling was in 2010 and that the Dems have been largely quite about it, it seems to me that they lack credibility. I get emails asking me to donate money to Dems in order to fight CU. Well, why haven’t they been fighting for five years to overturn it?
The truth is that incumbent pols of both parties thrive in the corrupt system we have now. I doubt that either party is going to fix what isn’t a problem for them.
16We can take Ted Cruz off the table of contenders. In today’s FW Star-Telegram there’s an article telling of his attending a fund raiser instead of voting in the Senate on Loretta Lynch. He was at his own fund raiser hosted by a couple of NY gay men at their apartment.
