He’s A’Comin’ Fer Your Guns, Boys!

December 26, 2016 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Newt Gingrich is all beside himself.  That boy is so anxious that he could thread a sewing machine while it’s running.

Get a load of this.

newtheyFormer House Speaker Newt Gingrich is among the loudest Republican voices warning of a rush of big decisions from outgoing President Barack Obama’s administration that could be difficult for Donald Trump to undo.

Gingrich told Fox News he expects a “desperate frenzy” from the Democrat, who in the last few days has banned oil drilling in vast tracts of the Arctic and Atlantic oceans, dismantled a dormant national registry for visitors from countries with active terror groups and issued the most pardons in a single day in U.S. history.

He claims that Trump will repeal 60 to 70 % of Obama’s legacy.  If only, of course, Trump understands what the word legacy means.

Okay, please let me add that if there’s any type of “desperate frenzy” going on, it’s Newt Gingrich. That boy washed up, cashed it in, disgraced himself, and topped it all off with an amazing whine in 1999 and is willing to do anything to get attention. I mean, Honey, when your last good day was in the last century, you need to hush.

I Think I Have This Straight

Trumpville has started eating their own. And in the most delicious way.

It’s a convoluted story but I’m gonna try to sort it out.

The Washington Post announced that Jason Miller has resigned his newly named position as the Trump campaign’s Communications Director to spend more time with his family. Well, that right there makes your ears perk up because nobody ever resigns where that’s the real reason.

Delgado

Delgado

Come to find out, another member of the Trump transition team, a woman named A. J. Delgado, had jumped on Twitter and announced to the whole world that Miller was having an affair. Apparently the Trump campaign uses Twitter for it’s inner-office communication.

Delgado said that Miller was the “The 2016 version of John Edwards.”  She also added that he needed to resign and that it was “spooky” that he hadn’t already done so.

No, here’s spooky:  Trolling a man on Christmas Eve and then deactivating your Twitter account. That’s spooky.

“When people need to resign graciously and refuse to, it’s a bit . . . spooky,” one tweet read. It was followed by another saying Miller “needed to resign . . . yesterday.”

Delgado deactivated her Twitter account Saturday and could not be reached for comment Sunday.

Now it gets spookier.  Come to find out …

According to the New York Post, Delgado, Miller and another Trump aide were seen in a Las Vegas Strip club on the night before the final presidential debate in October with three employees from CNN, NBC and ABC.

And it also gets weird.  It seems that Delgado went on the electric teevee and said that Donald Trump’s lewd comments about grabbing women weren’t a big deal.

In early October, as some Republicans abandoned Trump after a videotape revealed lewd talk years earlier by the GOP nominee, Delgado tweeted: “Trump’s talk has zero impact on how his policies would affect Americans. But sure, let’s waste a day in the Ivory Tower feigning outrage.” She frequently defended him in TV appearances during the campaign.

Whoa.  Did she say “feigning outrage”?

You know, I think we haven’t heard the end of this story. At least I hope we haven’t.

Reince Priebus

“Merry Christmas to all! Over two millennia ago, a new hope was born into the world, a Savior who would offer the promise of salvation to all mankind. Just as the three wise men did on that night, this Christmas heralds a time to celebrate the good news of a new King.”

New King?  Really?  Honey, that right there is some mighty fine kissing-up.

Reince says we misunderstood him and he means Jesus Christ both times.  Oh, I think we understand just fine, Reince.  Just fine.

Newt Gingrich: Swamp Monster

December 21, 2016 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Now that Newt Gingrich has declared that Donald Trump is going to be above the law

newtthedick“The Constitution gives the president of the United States an extraordinarily wide grant of authority to use the power of the pardon. I’m not saying he should. I’m not saying he will. It also allows a president in a national security moment to say to somebody, go do X even if it’s technically against the law and here’s your pardon because I am ordering you as commander-in-chief to go do this.”

… he’s decided that Trump was just being “cute” when he said “drain the swamp.”

Said Gingrich: “I’m told he now just disclaims that. He now says it was cute, but he doesn’t want to use it anymore… Maybe he feels that as president, as the next president of the United States, that he should be marginally more dignified than talking about alligators in swamps.”

Dignified?  Hell, Newt, “drain the swamp” is the most dignified thing Trump has ever said.

So, in Newt’s screwy mind, Trump can order somebody to go rob a bank, pardon them, and then use that money for more sludge for the swamp. Ain’t America grand!

Newt, who once called himself “too intellectual” to be president, has got this all figured out. Now if he could just find a job … Newt resigned Congress in disgrace in January of 1999 and hasn’t held a real job since then.  Too intellectual to work for a living.
