The current Mueller gloat has been interrupted by none other that Texas Congressman Blake Farenthold.

Okay, back in 2014, Blake’s communications director accuse him of “gender discrimination, sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.”

He said disgusting things to her.  I do not want to tell you what they were because it will hurt your head, but you can take your life into your own hands and read all about here.

She filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, but the case was later dropped after both parties reached a private settlement.

No information was ever released on that agreement.

House Administration Committee Chairman Gregg Harper (R-Miss.) told GOP lawmakers in a closed-door Friday morning meeting that only one House office in the past five years had used an Office of Compliance account to settle a sexual harassment complaint. Harper said in that one instance, the settlement totaled $84,000.

So, everybody else has to resign for sexual harassment but Blake gets off scott free and the taxpayers pay off his debt for wrongdoing.

Must be his good looks.

Resign now, Blakie.

Okay, Alfredo over at the Dairy Queen has been thumbing through Super PAC reports again and found one that needs our attention here at the Beauty Salon.

No. Do not do that. Please, no. No.

The Make America Like Texas PAC is run by a 36 year old in Round Rock, Texas, by the name of Kevin D. Stuart who has voted in every Republican primary since at least 2008.  The PACs mailing address and corporate home office is at a UPS store in Austin.

The e-mail address belongs to a FEC compliance guy who works out of his house and only works for Republicans.

Yeah, we think it’s kinda goofy, too.

UPDATE: It has been pointed out to me that maybe I am reading this wrong.  Instead of the PAC name meaning that the rest of America should be like Texas, it’s a plea for America to like Texas, as in quit hating us.

I don’t know how to make that happen unless Texas quits acting like Texas.  I have a large and clear image of Minnesota jumping up and down hollering, “No, we will never like Texas!”

Okay, here’s where I strongly disagree.  “Trump veered past the guardrails of presidential behavior.” Really? What exactly is presidential behavior? Is it in some textbook somewhere? Written down in a chapter of the super-secret Code of Presidential Conduct?

No, Washington Post.  Let me fix this for you.
