Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
That’s the wrong bird though.
An eagle has that ‘gravitas’ and ‘image’ that good ‘ol Comrade BunkerBoy lacks to the max. Although the Nazis used that German eagle symbol everywhere.
Hate to associate a particular bird species with IMPOTUS, not hardly fair to them.
1But a buzzard or cattle egret would work. They both deal in crap and corruption. Not usually very highly regarded birds compared to the ‘nicer’ species like robins , hummingbirds , etc.
Sandridge: Yeah, that’s the wrong bird. It should be a chicken.
As long as he’s not wearing his glasses–he’s too vain to wear them in public–he’d love it.
2It’s a sign of the times we live in.
3The “Can’t wait for Friday Toons” spots get earlier and earlier in the week, don’t they?
thatotherjean @2, Yeah but chickens have an undeserved reputation for being ‘chicken’.
4My neighbors have a neat ‘ol rooster who often visits at barncat feeding times. He’ll just muscle his way up to a food bowl and any dang cat that doesn’t move over is in for big trouble, never showed the slightest bit of fear. Tough dude.
The big feathery booger really likes catfood, but he is in hog heaven when I throw him some frozen corn [it thaws before it hits the ground around here]; problem is, the stupid cats have developed a taste for corn kernels too now … ;].
