Blissful Ignorance
Donald Trump has floorboarded and down shifted the Twitter machine in the past 24 hours. I want to talk about the small one first.
Sometimes you just have to wonder if Trump is just dog butt ignorant or if he’s trying to send secret coded messages.
Do you think Trump has a clue what the “leap forward” reference means to the Chinese? And since he only knows about five adjectives and giant isn’t one of them, you gotta wonder if replacing it with BIG was intentional … or just incredibly dumb.

safe to say he was trying to make the connection, doesn’t understand why that would be a horrible signal to send, and blew it anyway.

Another piece of evidence that the current president wants to rewind the world to 1958. Ike’s finishing his second term (and a senator named kennedy is looking more and more like a candidate. Remind you of anyone? From Massachusetts? Named Kennedy? Ultimately with a Texan as vp?) and the conservatives think the sitting veep will win the presidency in 1960 by acclimation.

7Remember when he claimed to have been the first to coin the phrase that “prime the pump” because no one had used it in economics terms befor, except for every Keysanian for over 80 years. I can’t remember but I beleive there was at least one other example from his campaign
