Come to find out, Texas ranks last in mental health spending.
Despite an increase in state spending on mental health care, Texas still ranks last in per capita funding for people with mental illness, according to a report issued by the National Alliance of Mental Illness.
The problem is, what with the Texas Legislature and our elected officials behavior, it’s becoming more and more difficult in Texas to determine what crazy is.
