Barr “Misled” About the Mueller Report
File under Gravity Makes Things Fall Down:
Stating the obvious, federal judge ruled this week that former AG Bill Barr misled her, Congress, and the American people about the Mueller report, using an internal DOJ memo as the excuse to not charge Trump with obstruction of justice in the investigation. Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the DC Circuit ordered the DOJ to release the memo saying that it was more of a strategy memorandum and not a legal opinion protected by attorney client privilege.
I would say there’s a good chance that Barr’s going to get his for letting Trump off the hook, lying in public, and then politicizing the DOJ to protect Trump and punish his enemies (and career staff). This is long overdue, and I’ll be popping popcorn for this show.
“Mislead?” Barr lied his nether regions off to Judge Berman-Jackson, Congress, and the American people about the Mueller report, for the benefit of Donald Trump, because they were in a relationship that was far too cozy. He did what Trump hired him to do, and they should both be held accountable for it. Save some popcorn for me, El Jefe.
1May he get everything nasty and richly deserved. That is one rotten sumbitch.
2Another example why Trump & Friends were willing to risk an insurrection on January 6th. They needed at least 4 more years in office for destruction of the documents, plenty of 6 foot deep holes for the bodies, and otherwise organize their getaway with an actual plan and itinerary in place.
Instead it was just the S.S. Trumptanic going down until it hit bottom, mostly intact, with plenty of documentation and reports ready for recovery once the divers arrive.
3Would be a great day if barrf actually was criminally held responsible for what most of us already knew about him.
4And still waiting for the legal hammer to come down on his boss for all his fraudulent financial crimes.
Not to be a pessimist, but gosh, the wheels of justice seem to have their parking breaks on. Maybe the only things that can shift attention from the current repugnantican love affair with the great orange one. Please let the breaks off and get er done.

All the times to “move the nation forward” because the QOP was so butthurt over Nixon’s near impeachment future presidential crooks Reagan, Bush1, and Bush2 were not prosecuted, although they and their maladministrations appeared to make Tricky Dicky and his plumbers look like Boy Scouts. Just our opinion, but the time is long overdue to fuhgeddaboudit when it comes to worrying about how the QOP will react to their jackwagons being held accountable.
Realistically their butthurt didn’t start with Nixon. They’ve been butthurt since FDR.
