Appeals Court Shoots the Finger to TFG
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals just dropped a 29 page ruling on TFG, siding with the DOJ that classified materials are classified, that TFG had provided zero evidence he’d declassified anything when he infested the Oval Office, and that he had no purpose to possess US government documents. Key quote:
“[Mr. Trump] has not even attempted to show that he has a need to know the information contained in the classified documents. Nor has he established that the current administration has waived that requirement for these documents. And even if he had, that, in and of itself, would not explain why plaintiff has an individual interest in the classified documents.”
The ruling went further to say that the Special Master, Judge Dearie, had no need to review any classified documents and ordered the removal of those documents from those he was to review. This ruling cleared the way for the FBI to continue its criminal investigation into TFG’s hoarding of highly sensitive documents and his obstruction to stop the DOJ from recovering them.
Oh, and two of the three judges on the panel were TFG appointees.
Bad day for TFG, good day for democracy. Boom.

It’s sad that we celebrate when T**** judges rule in line with the law, instead of just doing what the Fed Society and Liberty University have instructed them to do. That’s how much the McConnel + T**** Era has degraded the judiciary.
5The 29 page ruling document is a delightful read. Using incontrovertible facts based on the timeline of the filing of all the legal documents in the case, beginning with the National Archives request for return of Presidential Records, the Court denies that TFG has any possible claim to any classified document and demolishes all arguments to the contrary based on precedents of settled law that have withstood all challenges. If there were a legal term for BOOM! MIC DROP! it would be there in Latin at the end of the ruling.

9And, folks, let’s not forget the legal action against Trump in Georgia re: the treatment of election officials and his damn demand for over 11 thousand phony votes. Plus Ginni Thomas is supposed to appear before the House Judiciary Committee and answer questions about her behavior regarding the results of the last presidential election. I keep telling myself that she is so dumb that she is more to be pitied than anything else but I have to also wonder why the hell her “loving” husband hasn’t snatched her out of harms way by taking his own self off the damn Supreme bench! Damn it! I am angry! Can you tell?
10Hannity interviewed Trump last night. In the clip I watched Trump explained that as he understands it, all he has to do is think it, & documents are unclassified.
A better interviewer would have asked the follow up question, yes, but given your past history, can you think?

Objection, Sandridge! You are arguing facts not in evidence. To wit, that Trump has a mind that could be used for anything but a doorstop, much less to declassify documents.
The saddest thing is that Trump continues to have 38% support in this country, in spite of all the idiocy, corruption, and treason. That is his real legacy, a slimy trail that the judiciary he and McConnell have foisted on us will claim is a scenic national parkway, deserving preservation for all time.
14Yes, trumpf again made the claim of using his mind to declassify documents in his hannity interview (I read), plus he said what the FBI was really looking for were Hillary’s missing emails. I guess he does have something in his head where a brain would be located, but not sure exactly what it is. The blob or a flubber-like substance.
