The second of the ten scandals is failure to wear a US flag pin.
Watch carefully: how many of the media criticizing this failure are themselves wearing a US flag pin?

7No drama President Obama and his beautiful FLOTUS, Mrs. Obama. It seems like it has been a century or more since sanity prevailed.
8Of course, the hypocrisy is laughable. To criticize Obama for wearing a bike helmet is just stupid. Little kids and adults should wear helmets and, by wearing one, President Obama set an example. A good one. A positive one.
9Yes, yes, the Fox propaganda machine has been working overtime to make mountains out of molehills… I just wonder when any media, even Juanita Jean’s will start covering the genuine Obama scandals.
1. Obama not only did not prosecute the war crimes of Bush / Cheney, he promoted the torturers and prosecuted the whistle blowers (more than all previous administrations combined)
2. When Reagan / Bush 41 confronted the largest bank scandal to date in American history–the Savings & Loans–their regulators actually did something. They filed 30,000+ referrals for criminal prosecutions, and Justice prosecuted 1200+ cases with a 90% conviction rate. They got really big fish, too — Mike Milken and Charles Keating among them.
Fast forward to the Global Financial Crisis (the GFC, in the U.S. the subprime/derivatives meltdown). This is a crisis 70 times larger than the S&Ls, and arguably the largest theft in human history.
So…how many referrals for criminal prosecution from the Obama administration? Answer: Zero! How many prosecutions? Answer: about a dozen, all small fish.
The pattern for Obama’s justice dept. was to threaten suit, but settle for dimes on the dollar of the loot, without any admission of guilt (makes the civil suits by victims harder to prosecute).
3. Extra-judicial killings (drone strikes) that amount to murder
4. Bombing Libya
5. Blessing a military coup in Honduras (30,000 unaccompanied minors came north as a consequence)
6. Tripling his predecessor’s deportations (but Trump’s the bigot! Oh yeah!)
…etc. Glen Greenwald asked (coup-deposed Columbian leader) Evo Morales whether he could detect any difference between Obama’s and Trump’s foreign policy toward South America. “No” was his answer.
We fight in the Middle East any time the price of oil needs a boost, and Columbia has plenty of the oil-replacing lithium…so there’s a certain consistency.
El Jefe says I’m over-reacting to point out these failings that legitimized and made the despicable Trump not just possible but necessary. I don’t think so. After all, Bill Clinton legitimized sexual predation, and (as the above demonstrates) Obama legitimized a kind of opportunistic capitalist criminality. Gee, I wonder why we have a mobbed-up sexual predator at the helm now? You can’t tolerate these craven grifters and expect different.
Boss Tweed (a Democrat) said he didn’t care who people voted for as long as he could pick the candidates. I say his spirit lives on.
