Baptist Tabernacle of Thomaston, Georgia is the church of Rev. Jonathan Wilkins, a man not willing to trust the Lord, his fellow worshipers, or the police.

Rev. Wilkins is a man of little faith but good aim.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals got treated to arguments by the Rev. Wilkins’ church that denying the right to carry arms in churches violates their constitutionally protected religious freedoms.

No, seriously.  They want to shoot people in church.  Right after they save their souls, I hope.  It would kinda be the ultimate irony to blast some dude to straight to hell at the Baptist Tabernacle.

The Devil:  How did you get here?

The Dude:  Baptist Church.

The Devil:  Okay, join all the other Baptist right over there.  (points downward)

The Dude:  Damn, I knew I should’ve been a Methodist.

I sure the heck wouldn’t sleep through Rev. Wilkins sermons.  No tellin’ how he gets your attention.
