Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Loving the Jimmy toon.
1Thanks again Fran for providing these for us on this Friday before the s..t hits the fan next week. All are right on but me thinks the last one captures drumpf and magats.
2I can only hope next Friday’s toons are good news toons. Crossing my fingers emoji!
I’ve looked at the top one three times. Now I need some help.

As for the last one, if the trash bag fits, wear it!
6The one that says come back when your symptoms are worse………resonates with me. I’ll be thinking about those women that died recently and in the years before 53 years ago.
7I’ll be thinking about the women that have lost children in school shootings, the families that have been ripped apart. I’ll be thinking about being called vermin and garbage. I’ll be thinking about my Dad being called a loser and sucker by a draft dodger.
I’ll be thinking about how happy I’ve been that my husband made it back from Viet Nam. I’ll be thinking about the hardship and work that my Mom did as we moved from state to state supporting my Dad in his work in the Army for 20 years. I’ll be thinking about the work that my MIL and FIL did in the Dutch resistance to defeat the Nazi forces. I’ll be thinking how it’s been a pleasure to live in the US of A the way it was set up and has been all these years.
