Truly, I think that’s what Mitch was trying to say yesterday with all his threats and foot stomping. Ya know, all that cultural stuff he was talking about canceling is not gonna pass the senate because even Republicans know if they do all that crap, they will lose the next election. Americans can outvote hillbillies. It’s that simple.
Remember how they kept trying the repeal Obamacare. Well, until they had the power to do it and then – poof! – forget about Obamacare.
The cool thing at Fox, they forget to whisper. All that blonde bleach does something to the air there. They just blurt it out. They have a real hard time believing that anybody other than their base can hear them.

When I was listening to Moscow Mitch’s temper tantrum, I kept yelling at the TV: That’ll never get past the House, you moron!

3My mother in law hilariously declared the Democratic Party dead after the 2004 election. Funny, that’s the only one the GOP has legitimately won since 1988, Anyhow, that prediction didn’t age well. As long as the GOP remains the party for old, angry white people they will lose. Parties can reinvent themselves. The Democrats have done it numerous times. Obviously, McConnell is not the vehicle for this.

I always thought that was a design feature of Fox News, make themselves excruciating painful to watch for anyone who recognizes their poll responses add up to more than 100%, or states are labeled incorrectly on maps they create. Those of us who can add or have a passing familiarity with cartography and geography can only look away from the three talking headsnakes on Fox & Gorgons.
I have a great appreciation for staff at the Daily Show, Last Week Tonight, The Late Show, The Raw Story, and Juanita Jeans, etc who subject themselves to the torment, pick out the worst at Fox, so I can watch clips and quotes in homeopathic doses from those who have descended into the banality of evil from The Dumb Side.

8Rick @6, The wonderful ladies at NewsHounds have been watching and critiquing Fox ‘News’ for a very long time, ~17 years. They have done an outstanding job tirelessly fighting the propaganda arm of the Rethugs.
